| Objeticve:With the development of economy, obesity and insulin resistance increase, the incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)increases. In recent years,NAFLD has become the most common chronic liver disease in the world. It will replace the chronic liver disease caused by viral hepatitis and become the most important cause of liver transplantation. Some studies have shown that many factors can predict the occurrence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. One of them was that the ratio of Triglyceride to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(TG/HDL-C)was correlated with the prevalence of NAFLD,but the correlation between TG/HDL-C ratio and NAFLD was still difficult to determine in non-obese people with normal lipid levels. The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between TG/HDL-C ratio and NAFLD in non-obese people without abnormal lipid metabolismMethod:A total of 300 non-obese patients without abnormal lipid metabolism who were hospitalized in our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were included in the study.General information was collected, including aspartate transaminase aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase,γ-glutamyl transferase, alkaline phosphatase, direct bilirubin, albumin, creatinine, uric acid,triglyceride,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-lipoprotein cholesterol, and total cholesterol.Abdominal ultrasound results were collected. The diagnosis standard of NAFLD refers to the clinical diagnosis standard in the diagnosis and treatment guide of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(2010 Revision)[1].According to the TG/HDL-C ratio, the subjects were divided into four groups by quartile, and the research indicators were statistically analyzed.Result:1.The general data of four groups analyzed, the results showed that there were significant differences in age, body mass index, albumin, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase,γ-glutamyltransferase,creatinine,uric acid, triglyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05),There was no significant difference in gender(P>0.05).2.The results showed that the prevalence of NAFLD increased with the increase of TG/HDL-C.3.Logistic regression analysis results showed that after model 1 and model2(adjusted for age and gender),the TG/HDL-C ratio in non-obese people with normal blood lipid was significant with NAFLD(P<0.001).After controlling for factors such as gender, age,BMI,albumin, aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, alkaline phosphatase,γ-glutamyltransferase,creatinine,uric acid and direct bilirubin,TG/HDL-C ratio over 0.94 was a risk factor for NAFLD,When TG/HDL-C ratio was0.94-1.21(OR=15.12,95%CI=1.75-130.63),and when TG/HDL-C ratio was over1.22(OR=37.58,95%CI=4.13-341.80),Moreover,with the increase of TG/HDL-C ratio, the risk of NAFLD tended to increase.4.The maximum area of TG/HDL-C ratio under ROC curve in women was0.830(0.755-0.904).The maximum area of TG/HDL-C ratio under ROC in men was880(0.817-0.944).The results showed that the ratio of TG/HDL-C could predict NAFLD better than other lipid parameters.Conclusion:1.The higher the ratio of TG/HDL-C,the greater the risk of NAFLD.2.TG/HDL-C ratio has a significant predictive value for NAFLD. |
