Objective: To analyze and explore the risk factors which cirrhosis ascites complicated with spontaneous peritonitis,so as to provide a reliable basis for early clinical detection and diagnosisMethords: Retrospective statistical between January 2015 and January 2020 in our hospital and patients diagnosised for liver cirrhosis associated SBP 105,at the same time, adopt 171 patients diagnosised for liver cirrhosis ascites only, using the SPSS22.0 statistical software to analyze the clinical data by groups, first using univariate analysis(T-test and X2test).it is concluded the single risk factors that liver cirrhosis associated with SBP,incorporate the single factor data of statistically significant multiariable logistic regression analysis,it is concluded that the independent risk factors. Then, the diagnostic value of each indicator was evaluated by drawing ROC courve and calculating the area under the curve(AUC).P<0.05 was considered statistically significantResults: The proportion of cirrhosis caused by various causes was: 191 cases of viral hepatitis cirrhosis(HBC),accounting for 69.20%,(155 cases of hepatitis B,accounting for 56.16%,and 36 cases of hepatitis C,accounting for 13.04%).There were 57 cases of alcoholic cirrhosis, accounting for 20.65%;26 cases of autoimmune cirrhosis, accounting for 9.42%;2 cases of cirrhosis with unknown causes, proportion: 0.72% There were 80 males(28.99%)and 25 females(9.06%)in the SBP group. There were 115 males(41.67%)and 56 females(20.29%)in the non-sbp group Through single factor analysis of related indicators,it can be concluded that: There were statistically significant differences between the SBP group and the non-sbp group in terms of white blood cell count(P=0.001),total bilirubin level(P<0.001),serum albumin concentration(P=0.002),abdominal water(P=0.001),gastrointestinal bleeding(P=0.044),hepatic encephalopathy(P=0.001),liver failure(P=0.048),child-pugh grade(P<0.001),and MELD score(P=0.025).In this time, sex, age, diabetes mellitus, platelet count, prothrombin activity, prothrombin time, international normilized ratio, sodium ions, creatinine,Aspartate aminotrasferease,Alanine aminotransferease, and their ratio,R-glutamyl transferase, ascites protein, portal vein Lord diameter width, thickness of spleen, merging, hepatorenal syndrome, gallbladder stones, there is no statistical difference between groups(P > 0.05).The above single factor with statistical significance was included in multivariate logistic analysis and comparison, and it was concluded that after removing the influence of various factors, the white blood cell count(OR= 0.917,95%CI :0.859-0.980,P=0.01)ascites volume(OR= 0.484,95% CI:0.282-0.829 P=0.008)and associated hepatic encephalopathy(OR= 5.957,95% CI: 1.226-28.954,P=0.027)child-pugh classification(OR=0.478,95% CI:0.246-0.928,P=0.029)were independent risk factors for the occurrence of SBP By plotting the ROC curve and calculating the corresponding area under the curve(AUC),it was concluded that the accuracy of SBP infection was higher with the white blood cell count(AUC=0.604),the amount of abdominal water(0.604)and child-pugh(AUC= 0.624)Conclusion:(1)The occurrence of the single factor index is: white blood cell count total bilirubin levels of serum albumin concentration merger gastrointestinal bleeding hepatic failure and hepatic encephalopathy child-pugh,grading MELD score(2)The independent risk factors for SBP is: white blood cell count ?volume of ascites?associated with hepatic encephalopathy and child-pugh,grade(3)white blood cell count?volume of ascites?Liver failure?child-pugh classification which assessment of SBP accuracy is high...
