Research On Product Service Design Of Chinese Rural Stroke Patient's Rehabilitation

With the accelerated development of health care in China,basic public service facilities and basic medical systems in rural areas have been promoted.In recent years,there are growing concern about the rehabilitation problems of rural stroke patients,and increasing demands for rehabilitation in rural areas.Due to the limitations of medical conditions,expenses and the popularization of rehabilitation knowledge,the number of rural stroke patients who can recover is limited.Most of the patients neglect the early effective rehabilitation,or they are not eligible for professional treatment training,which results in more physical problems to the patients.Based on the concept of the service design concept,this paper will study the needs of rural stroke rehabilitation room,doctors,stroke rehabilitation patients and their families,and product design by constructing a service system connecting users and environment,so as to improve the patient's experience and quality of life.Relying on surveys,interviews,and observations of target stroke patients,and investigations conducted in rural clinics and hospital rehabilitation departments,we try to find out the needs of rural rehabilitation patients and deficiency of rehabilitation facilities.And then,it is time to create personas,build behavioral models,output a list of requirements,and search opportunities.Finally,we design the rehabilitation facilities and systems for stroke patients in rural areas through design tools and methods such as Stakeholder,User Journey Map,and Service Blueprint.This project provides a model basis for service design activities in relevant areas,and has use for reference.Based on medical development in rural areas,the paper combines service design concepts with medical product design,to resolve the requirement issues that rural stroke patients carry out systemic rehabilitation treatment in rural rehabilitation rooms after discharge.Use the loT technology and big data to achieve interaction between rural stroke patients,rehabilitation equipment,rehabilitation institutions,and rural medical practitioners,and realize the informatization of rehabilitation services.The product design can be applied to the rehabilitation equipment with more intelligence and combined functions to satisfy the rehabilitation needs of different patients and enhance their experiences.
