Objective:To investigate the expression level of miR-135b in the endometrial cancer, observe the effect of miR-135b on the biological behavior of endometrial cancer cells after inhibiting the expression of miR-135b in the endometrial cancer cell lines. Methods:The expression level of miR-135b in the tissues of endometrial cancer patients and adjacent normal tissues was detected by qRT-PCR.miR-135b was down-regulated in the endometrial cancer cell lines HEC-1B and Ishikawa, respectively, cell proliferation was detected by CCK8 and Colony-forming Assay, cell migration ability was detected by Wound Healing, and cell invasion ability was detected by Trans-well test. Results: The expression of miR-135b in endometrial cancer tissues was higher than that in the adjacent normal tissues.Downregulation of miR-135b significantly inhibited the proliferation, migration and invasion ability of endometrial cancer cells in vitro.Conclusion:miR-135b may play a role of the oncogene of endometrial cancer, which is highly expressed in endometrial cancer, and its low expression inhibits the proliferation, migration and invasion of endometrial cancer cells.
