Objective: To assess the myocardial strain and tissue characteristics at different segments after AMI(Acute myocardial infarction)by CMR(Cardiovascular magnetic resonance).To determine the relationship between the strain characteristics and tissue characteristics of the corresponding segmental myocardium.To explore the feasibility of predicting the corresponding myocardial tissue characteristics by segmental myocardial strain in patients with AMI.Method: 28 patients with AMI diagnosed and completed CMR examination within 7days after onset,and 15 normal controls were enrolled.Cardiac magnetic resonance examination was completed within 7 days.First,the global Ell,Err and Ecc values of the left ventricular myocardium in both 2D and 3D were obtained using the third-party software CVI42.According to the LGE image,it was further divided into infarction myocardium,adjacent myocardium and distant myocardium,and the myocardial strain values of each segment were measured.Statistical analysis was performed using SPSS software,and one-way ANOVA analysis of variance and test were used,P<0.05 was considered to have significant differences.Further,the infarction segment strain rate confirmed by LGE was set as positive,and the ROC was drawn to predict the predictive value of Ell,Err and Ecc on the infarct segment.Results: 1? The global Ell,Err and Ecc values of the AMI group in 2D and 3D were reduced significantly compare to those of the normal control.2? On 2D SA Err,Ecc and 3D Err,the myocardial strain ratio between the infarct,the adjacent and the distant zone was significantly different.In 2D LA Err,Ecc,there was a significant difference in myocardial strain ratio between infarct zone,adjacent zone,distant zone and normal control.3? In the ROC Curve,the Err of 2D and 3D levels has the best predictive value with the largest AUC area and the highest accuracy.
