Objective: To explore the clinical factors, pathological factors, and preoperative and postoperative treatment options for the prognosis of early cervical cancer after laparoscopic surgery, and to establish a suitable prognostic evaluation system. Methods: 165 cases of early stage cervical cancer patients with FIGO stage IB and stage IIA were collected from the Department of Gynecology,Renji Hospital,Shanghai Jiao Tong University from August 2013 to October 2016.These data were analyzed by retrospective analysis and group comparison analysis.discuss.The 165 cases of early cervical cancer were grouped according to each single factor.First, single factor analysis was performed, followed by multivariate analysis to determine the independent risk factors affecting the prognosis of patients with early cervical cancer after laparoscopic surgery. Results: The total follow-up time of 165 patients with early cervical cancer was 24-60 months, and the median follow-up time was 52 months. The 3-year overall survival rate(OS)was 84.8%.Univariate analysis results: clinical stage, tumor size, depth of infiltrating muscle layer, number of pelvic lymph node metastases, whether LVSI,SCC values and prognosis of patients with early cervical cancer were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that tumor size, number of pelvic lymph node metastasis,SCC value and prognosis survival of patients with early cervical cancer were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: Tumor size, number of pelvic lymph node metastasis, and SCC value are independent risk factors for postoperative survival in patients with early stage cervical cancer. The number of pelvic lymph node metastasis is the most important factor.Using the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve method test,by comparing the area under the curve(AUC),the number of pelvic lymph node metastases and the SCC value were indeed for early cervical cancer.Prognosis survival has an impact.
