Objective: Based on the understanding of the economic and social development of Chengkou County,the allocation of medical and health resources,and the basic situation of Hospital A,we investigated Hospital A's telemedicine development and the willingness,use and evaluation of telemedicine by both doctors and patients to understand Hospital A the history of telemedicine development,subject development,number,results,and problems,research and discover the experience and shortcomings of telemedicine development in poor areas,and then make recommendations for the development of telemedicine in poor areas.Method: On the basis of reading the literature,a combination of questionnaire surveys and semi-structured interviews was adopted.Quota sampling was used to extract survey respondents.Data was entered and sorted in Excel 2013.Statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 19.0.Hospital telemedicine was analyzed with the rate and composition ratio.Development and evaluation of telemedicine by both doctors and patients.Chi-square test was used for single factor analysis.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze telemedicine willingness and utilization of both doctors and patients.Results: The hospital's use of telemedicine is mainly to assist diagnosis,and remote consultation and remote education for lower levels are less developed.74.5% of medical staff are willing to use telemedicine,and medical staff who think telemedicine is helpful for diagnosis and treatment and improve clinical skills(P <0.05);78.6% of patients are willing to use telemedicine.Poor patients,patients who understand telemedicine,patients who think telemedicine is helpful for health,and patients who think telemedicine can save costs are more willing to use(P<0.05);83% of medical staff and 24.8% of patients have used Telemedicine,the use of telemedicine by both doctors and patients is mainly to assist diagnosis;53.8% of the medical staff who have used telemedicine use telemedicine 5 times or more a month on average,medical staff with low education level and low professional titles Of medical staff,medical staff who understand telemedicine,medical staff who think telemedicine is helpful for diagnosis and treatment,and medical staff who are willing to use telemedicine Telemedicine is used more often(P <0.05);53.8 of patients who have used telemedicine % Of patients use telemedicine 4times or more a year on average,46.2% of patients use telemedicine 3times a year on average Below,patients who know about telemedicine,patients who are willing to use telemedicine,and patients who think that remote is helpful to their health use telemedicine more often(P <0.05);survey results of medical staff and patients who have used telemedicine show that 80.8% of medical staff think it is convenient to use telemedicine,70.5% of medical staff think that telemedicine is helpful for diagnosis and treatment,76.9% of medical staff think that improving clinical skills is helpful,75.6% of medical staff think that reducing patient costs is helpful,73.1 % Of patients believe that using telemedicine is convenient,69.2% of patients think that telemedicine is helpful for health,and 71.2% of patients think that telemedicine can reduce costs.Conclusion: Telemedicine has effectively enhanced the medical service capabilities of poor areas,broadened the access to medical services for the people in the poor areas,and guaranteed the health needs of the people in the poor areas.Both doctors and patients have a high willingness to use telemedicine and have a positive attitude towards telemedicine.Insufficient distance education,the service system needs to be improved,and both doctors and patients have insufficient knowledge and utilization of telemedicine.In this regard,it is proposed to actively develop telemedicine,target publicity and increase publicity,strengthen and distance education with lower levels,and improve telemedicine service system,doctors and patients should actively learn about telemedicine to promote the further development of telemedicine in poor areas.
