Objective Review concentrates on understanding the reasons why a prolonged air leak may occur after pulmonary operation treated by thoracoscopy. Objective: To further clarify the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on blood lipid levels in patients with breast cancer,to prevent non-cancer-related adverse prognosis such as cardiovascular disease caused by dyslipidemia after chemotherapy, and to improve the quality of life of breast cancer patients. Methods A total of 202 patients with non-specific invasive breast cancer underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy were selected from the Department of Breast and Thyroid Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University. To analyze the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on blood lipid levels of breast cancer patients. Results The levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,Apo B,and Apo E significantly increased after NAC in the TEC group(P <0.05),and the levels of HDL-C and Apo A1 decreased significantly(P <0.05);The level of Apo E in the TC group after NAC was significantly increased(P <0.05);the levels of TG,Apo B,and Apo E were significantly increased after NACin the EC-T group(P <0.05),and HDL-C and Apo A1 levels were significantly reduced(P <0.05).Conclusion Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can cause dyslipidemia in patients with breast cancer, and the effects of different chemotherapy regimens on patients' blood lipid levels are not exactly the same.In clinical work, attention should be paid to the related problems that may cause non-cancer-related poor prognosis caused by the disorder of blood lipid metabolism caused by chemotherapy.Monitoring and follow-up of blood lipid levels in breast cancer patients during and after chemotherapy is helpful to further clarify the impact of blood lipid metabolism disorders on the long-term prognosis of breast cancer patients, and to identify patients with high-risk cardiovascular disease, and adjust breast cancer-related Treatment is very important.
