According to the development of the information age,Internet and Artificial Intelligence technologies have become very effective in the medical field.Among the various documents issued by the state,such as Smart Medical Care,Medical Reform,Chronic Disease Management,And Intelligent Healthcare,health management based on Big Data and Small Data is valued.Based on the research on the background of wisdom and well-being,this paper takes the gait analysis and evaluation of products and service systems in the field of healthy old-age care as the design object,and studies the psychological and behavioral state of patients with abnormal gait based on the design of product service system.The various stakeholder relationships and service system processes within the rehabilitation hospital system are directed to gait analysis to assess the optimization and innovation of product service systems.This topic focuses on the theoretical innovation of product service system in the field of wisdom and health and the integrated innovation of gait analysis and evaluation of product service system.Based on the product service system design theory,this paper conducts multi-scenario and multi-site research and analysis on gait analysis and evaluation products and service processes,determines the responsibilities and functions of stakeholders,and analyzes the pain points and opportunity points in the process of product use and service process to re-optimize and integrate the system,and redesign the various parts of the system,such as product appearance,reports,service processes,etc.The main contents of the paper are as follows:First of all,this paper understands the concept,content and characteristics of Intelligent Healthcare through literature research and market research;understands the concept,content and classification of Gait Analysis and Evaluation;studies the abnormal population of gait analysis within the system,analyzes its psychology and physiology;studies the stakeholders within the system to obtain user needs within the system through field interviews.Based on user needs,the requirements are sorted and filtered to determine the priority of user requirements.In terms of products,determine the main functions and basic functions of the product,analyze and determine the priority of the product features.Secondly,based on the above analysis and understanding,various problems and pain points within the system are optimized through conceptual design.Based on the priority of user needs,optimize gait analysis to evaluate service processes,optimize gait analysis to evaluate product features and styling,and optimize various parts of the service process,such as reports.Finally,based on the analysis and determination of the above content,the prototype has been designed.The main contents are as follows: Redesign of service process: optimize the service process content and order and form based on the work functions of various stakeholders and research on product service system;product sketch design: sketch according to the main function and secondary function of the product Draw and filter to solve the pain points such as device zeroing,wear redundancy and so on.Finally,an optimized gait analysis evaluation product service integration system is formed.
