Effect Of Intravenous Application Of Ambroxol Hydrochloride On Perioperative Oxygenation Index After Thoracoscopic Pulmonary Lobectomy

Objective:Based on observations on patients who underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy,this study analyzed the change of oxygenation index b y application of ambroxol hydrochloride during perioperative period to investig ate effect of intravenous application of ambroxol hydrochloride on both oxyge nation index and respiratory function after thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy and to explore its clinical therapeutic significance.Methods:Patients who were diagnosed and confirmed with non-small-cell pulmonary carcinoma,and underwent thoracoscopic pulmonary lobectomy in Q ing Hai Hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were enrolled.They wer e randomly divided into experimental group and control group,40 cases in ea ch group.Same operation method and routine postoperative treatment were int roduced for both groups.The only difference was that the experimental group was given ambroxol hydrochloride in the perioperative period,while the cont rol group was initiated normal saline of the same volume.Arterial blood sam ples from the two groups at different times during the perioperative period,in cluding one week before surgery and on the 1st,3rd and 7th days after pulm onary lobectomy were collected and sent for blood gas analysis.Oxygenation index of patients was calculated and relevant data of the two groups were an alyzed statistically.Result:There were no statistical differences in age,gender,hemoglobin,le sion location,intraoperative bleeding,and operation time between the two gro ups of patients.Comparison of OI between the two groups(P<0.05,analysis was statistically significant):The OI of the experimental group before surgery was(418.88±26.23),and the OI of the control group was(414.68±24.39),P=0.461>0.05.The OI of the experimental group was(380.4±31.48)on the first day after operation,and the OI of the control group was(361.58±33.39),P=0.011<0.05.The OI of the experimental group was(402.1±31.62)on the thirdday after operation,and the OI of the control group was(387.53±32.54),P=0.036<0.05.The OI of the experimental group was(403.13±33.74)on the seve nth day after operation,and the OI of the control group was(403.48±28.54),P=0.624<0.05.Intra-group comparative analysis of two groups of oxygenation i ndex:There was a statistical difference in the experimental group between the3 rd day after surgery and the 7th day after surgery(P>0.05).The compariso n within the other two groups was the same,and both were statistically signi ficant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.After statistical analysis of the data,we can know the Ambroxol hydro chloride has little effect on the long-term pulmonary oxygenation function of patients after lobectomy,but it can reduce the loss of pulmonary function dur ing surgical treatment and the accelerate the recovery of lobectomy oxygenatio n and respiratory function.2.Ambroxol hydrochloride protects the lungs and related respiratory functi ons through a variety of pharmacological mechanisms,and has a good clinical effect on patients after thoracoscopy lobectomy,which is conducive to the ra pid recovery of patients after surgery.
