Objectives:This study intends to compare the effects of rapid rehabilitation schemes and traditional schemes on the prognosis and inflammatory response of patients undergoing thoracoscopy lobectomy, providing a theoretical basis for better application of rapid rehabilitation schemes to this type of surgery.Medthos:Forty patients with ASA grades ?-?,who were diagnosed with lung cancer before surgery and needed to undergo thoracoscopic lobectomy were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(n=20)and the study group(n=20).The perioperative management was performed according to the traditional scheme, and the patients in the study group were perioperative management according to the rapid recovery clinical scheme. The concentrations of inflammatory factors(IL-1?,IL-6,IL-8,IL-1?,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-?),perioperative dose of opioids, placement time of thoracic drainage tube and postoperative hospital stay, postoperative VAS score(Visual Analogue Score),postoperative complications and other related clinical prognostic indicatorsResults:Compared with the T1 time point, the serum inflammatory factors(IL-1?,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-?)concentrations in the two groups of patients were significantly increased at the T2,T3 and T4 time point(p<0.05).Compared with the T1 time point of the control group, the serum inflammatory factor(IL-1?,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-?)concentrations of the study group patients at the T1 time point were not significantly different(p>0.05);Compared with the control group at time points T2,T3,and T4,the serum inflammatory factors(IL-1?,IL-6,IL-8,IL-10,TNF-?)concentrations in the study group were significantly reduced at each time point(p<0.05).);Compared with the control group, the perioperative opioid dose of patients in the study group was significantly reduced(p<0.05),the indwelling time of the thoracic drainage tube was significantly shortened(p<0.05),and the postoperative VAS score was significantly reduced(p<0.05).),The length of postoperative hospital stay was significantly shortened(p<0.05),and the incidence of pulmonary complications during hospitalization was significantly reduced(p<0.05).Conclusions:The ERAS program used in thoracoscopy lobectomy can effectively reduce the release of inflammatory factors, reduce pain, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce pulmonary complications.
