?Objective?To explore a new method to improve Cobb angle measurement by comparing manual X-ray measurement with computer measurement of Cobb angle in three-dimensional reconstruction technology.?Methods?Ten patients who met the inclusion criteria for idiopathic scoliosis in our hospital's spinal surgery from June 2017 to June 2019 were retrospectively studied.X-ray films and original CT images of the whole spine were collected and divided into manual X-ray film measurement group(control group)and computer measurement group(experimental group)in three-dimensional reconstruction technology according to measurement methods.The Cobb angle difference,consistency and specific difference of repeated measurement between the two groups were analyzed.?Results?The median Cobb angle was 69.15 in the experimental group and 63.40 in the control group.The ICC of the surveyor's internal experimental group is 0.961 ? 0.997,totaling 0.979.ICC in the control group was 0.658 ? 0.953,totaling 0.893.Among surveyors,the ICC in the experimental group is 0.949 ? 0.985,totaling 0.968;ICC in the control group was 0.662 ? 0.939,totaling 0.825.The internal difference of surveyors was 1.38 ? 4.58 in the experimental group,and the median Cobb angle was 1.82.The average value of the control group was 5.11 ? 8.49,and the median Cobb angle was 5.19.? Conclusion ? There is no significant difference between manual X-ray measurement and computer measurement of Cobb angle in 3D reconstruction technology(P = 0.117 > 0.05).The consistency of computer measurement reliability(ICC>0.961)and repeatability(ICC>0.949)is excellent in three-dimensional reconstruction technology.Manual measurement of X-ray films requires high proficiency,and measurement reliability(ICC=0.658)and repeatability(ICC=0.662)of non-professional surveyors are relatively poor.Computer measurement can obviously improve reliability(ICC=0.961)and repeatability(ICC=0.949)by using three-dimensional reconstruction technology.
