Objective : To explore the impact of different surgical methods on the lung function of non-small cell lung cancer patients during perioperative period in ××××,and to provide clinical reference for clinical non-small cell lung cancer patients in choosing a surgical approach. Methods: The clinical data of 95 patients with definite diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer(stage I and II_b)in cardiothoracic and vascular surgery at the affiliated hospital of Qinghai University from 2017 to 2019 were collected, and they were divided into thoracotomy group and single-hole group(Single operation hole, the same below),two-hole group,three-hole group, first compare the general conditions of the four groups of different surgical patients, such as gender, age, etc.,and then compare the lung function of the four groups of patients before surgery, one month after surgery Functions, such as FVC%,FEV1%,MVV%,collect and organize data, and use statistical software for statistical analysis.Result:Comparing the statistical results of the four surgical methods, there was no difference in the FVC%,FEV1%,and MVV% of the lung function before operation in the open chest group,single-hole group,two-hole group, and three-hole group(P>0.05).There were statistical differences(P <0.05).There was no statistical difference in lung function before and after surgery in the same group(P <0.05).Comparing the four groups, the open chest group was compared with the single-hole group,double-hole group, and three-hole group. There was a statistical difference(P <0.05),there was no statistical difference in the single-hole group,double-hole group and three-hole group(P> 0.05)Conclusion: There was no significant difference in lung function before operation between the four groups. The four surgical methods all had effects on lung function, but the effect on lung function was more significant in the open chest group than in the other three groups, and there was no significant change in lung function between the remaining three groups.
