Analysis Of Clinical Efficacy Of Orlistat,metformin Combined With Diane-35 On Obese Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Patients

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of three different combinations of orlistat,metformin,and Diane-35 in the treatment of obese polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS),and to explore the best treatment options for obese patients with PCOS.Methods A total of 74 patients with obese PCOS[body mass index(BMI)?25 kg / m2]in our gynecological clinic from June 2018 to November 2019 were were enrolled in the study,and randomly divided into three groups according to the willingness to take medicine:Group A(n = 24)orlistat plusmetformin plus Diane-35;group B(n = 25)metformin plus Diane-35;group C(n = 25)Diane-35.The treatment cycle is 3 months.The weight,BMI,WC,HC,T,LH,FSH,LH / FSH,Glycolipid metabolism,liver and kidney function were assessed at baseline and after 3 months.Results 1.Comparison of the efficacy of the three groups of patients before and after treatment: All indicators of the three groups of patients have improved to a certain extent,among which group A's weight,BMI,WC,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TC,TG,T,LH,LH/ FSH significantly decreased,and HDL-C significantly increased,and It has statistical significance(P <0.05);BMI,TG,TC,T,LH,LH / FSH of group B significantly reduced(P<0.05),while HDL-C significantly increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Although all the observational indicators of group C patients improved,the difference in the degree of change was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.2.Comparison between groups after 3 months of treatment: The observational indicators of the three groups of patients have certain differences between groups.The overall performance is that the overall improvement of group A is the best,group B is the second,and C is the worst.Amongthem,the improvement of body weight,BMI,WC,FINS,HOMA-IR,HDL-C,T,LH,LH /FSH in group A was significantly better than that in group C,and HDL-C was also better than that in group B.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).But the differences between the other groups are not statistically significant(P>0.05).3.In terms of safety,liver and kidney function indexes of the three groups were changed,but the magnitude was not large.There was no significant difference among three groups and between “before” and“after”(P> 0.05).Conclusion 1.The three treatment schemes can be used to treat obese PCOS patients,which is safe and reliable in a short time;2.Orlistat,metformin combined with Diane-35 has a more significant effect in improving the weight,waist circumference,high androgens,and glucose and lipid metabolism disorders of the obese PCOS?...
