Objective To explore the clinical application value of 3D visualization reconstruction technique in pancreatoduodenectomy. Methods A retrospective analysis of 72 cases of pati ents who were treated in the NingXia Medical University General Hospital for surgical treatment from January 2018 to December 2019 and confirmed by pathological diagnosis as tumors of the pancreatic head or ampulla. The model reconstruction was set as the 3D group(experimental group),and the 3D visualization model reconstruction was not performed before the operation as the control group. There were 36 females and 36 males, aged 21-73 years, with an average age of 55.4 ± 9.7 years. There were 15 cases of tumors in the lower bile duct,39 cases of pancreatic head tumors, and 18 cases of ampulla. The 3D group used 3D visualization technology to perform preoperative diagnosis and re corded the consistency with the actual situation during the operation. At the same time,it compared with the control group to evaluate the superiority of 3D visualization technology in preoperative evaluation of PD.Results After 3D reconstruction of CT data of 47 patients in the 3D group, the relationship between the tumor and the adjacent portal vein, gastroduodenal artery, and celiac artery can be clearly displayed.Among them,32 cases were type I,type II: 2 cases, type III: 9 Cases, type IV: 1 cas e,type V: 3 cases,43 cases were evaluated as resectable or possible resection before operation, and 4 cases were evaluated as unresectable. The preoperative evaluation results were completely consistent with the intraoperative conditions, and were superi or to the control group in terms of shortening the operation time and postoperative hospital stay. Conclusion Three-dimensional visualization technology can make accurate assessment of pancreatic head and ampulla tumors, shorten the operation time and postoperative hospital stay, reduce the risk of surgery, improve the prognosis, and have important clinical application value for personalized PD preoperative planning. |
