Risk Factors Assessment And Health Promotion Strategies For The Bone Health In Civil Servants

The health status of civil servants is related to the operational efficiency of the government and the quality of public services.In recent years,the overall health status of civil servants in C city has shown a downward trend.The incidence of various diseases has increased year by year,especially chronic diseases and malignant tumors,which also showing a younger trend.Besides,the problem of mental health is becoming increasingly prominent.The government of C city has taken annual physical examinations and other measures to protect the health of civil servants.However,We have excessive dependence on a single medical servicewhich mainly based on regular physical examinations,ignoring many other factors that affect their health,resulting in limited health promotion strategies and eventually failing to improve the health of civil servants.This paper analyzes the physical examination report data of civil servants who have undergone physical examination in a general hospital in C city,bone density examination was taken as the entry point to evaluate the risk factors affecting their bone health,and then targeted health interventionmeasures were carried out to explore the status quo of the health promotion of civil servants in C city.With theories such as medicine,public health,management,psychological.By using research method such as comparative research,investigation and analysis,case analysis,telephone follow-up.This paper not only makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems and the interaction between risk factors,but also puts forward relevant countermeasures and Suggestions on the basis of analyzing and solving the problems.According to the research,the main problems of health promotion countermeasures for civil servants in C citycity are unclear focus,poor health literacy of most civil servants,and low enthusiasm of civil servants in participation.The main reasons are lack of autonomy,weak sense of responsibility,lack of support from society and lack of healthy environment.On the basis of solving the problems and analyzing the problems,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as formulating the development plan of health promotion,perfecting the mode of medical service guarantee,optimizing the follow-up mechanism of physical examination and strengthening health education.
