Under the current trend of high incidence of oral diseases in children, dental anxiety associated with children is increasing year by year.Children's fear of pain will cause obvious tension and even resistance to treatment, which will further reduce the rate of early treatment and eventually delay diagnosis and treatment.Progress and quality of treatment.Severe dental anxiety can cause adverse extensional effects, leading to underdevelopment of the maxillofacial region, abnormal development of the jaws, and dental-derived oral diseases, which will have irreversible negative effects on the physical and mental health of children.Children's anxiety during oral treatment has become an urgent problem in reality. However, there is currently no unified standard treatment guideline for children's dental anxiety disorder. Most clinically, the treatment is performed under the necessary means such as distraction, guardian education, physical restraint, and drug sedation, and less attention is paid to the psychological status and cognition of children.Function, clinical interventions can help complete the current oral treatment, but can not fundamentally change the child's fear of dentists and dental treatment, and even mandatory means will strengthen the child's anxiety and affect subsequent treatment process. This study took preschool children with dental anxiety as the research object. After preliminary analysis of case observation, data collection, and data processing, the sample characteristics were found, and there was a high correlation between dental anxiety and children's psychological cognition.Based on the theory of cognitive behavior, the service plan of cognitive behavior therapy is designed, and qualitative and quantitative research methods are used to intervene and evaluate the effect of the service.By verifying the effectiveness of cognitive behavior therapy,it is hoped that it will be based on medical therapy.Introduce some auxiliary intervention methods to find an outlet for children's dental anxiety and jointly promote the development of children's oral health. The results of the study found that:(1)Preschool children with dental anxiety of varying degrees before oral disease visits, the results suggest that cognitive behavioral therapy intervention population is mainly children with mild to moderate dental anxiety, early intervention should be effective early Prevent the development of anxiety.(2)The cognitive level of children is negatively related to the degree of anxiety, indicating that the lower the cognitive level, the more obvious the anxiety and fear, suggesting that improving children's cognitive function may have a certain effect on reducing dental anxiety.(3)Through program intervention and evaluation, cognitive behavioral therapy is effective in reducing children's anxiety and improving treatment compliance behavior. The intervention group is significantly better than the control group.Cognitive-behavioral therapy has a certain generalization because of its operability and high acceptability by children.
