Comparison Of Incision Double Blepharoplasty With Traditional Incision And Subdermal Vascular Network Under The Magnifying Glass To Preserve The Lower Lip

Objective:Through the analysis and comparison of postoperative swelling and postoperative appearance satisfaction between double eyelid incision and traditional double blepharoplasty,the clinical application value of double eyelid operation by preserving incision lower lip subdermal vascular network under magnifying glass was discussed through the analysis and comparison of postoperative swelling and postoperative appearance satisfaction between double eyelid incision and traditional double blepharoplasty.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria,40 patients who underwent open blepharoplasty in our clinic were randomly divided into two groups.The open eye blepharoplasty was performed,and the subdermal vascular network of the lower lip skin was cut under the magnifying glass.A control study was performed in the experimental group of open-cut heavy eyelid surgery and the control group of traditional open-cut heavy eyelid surgery in each group of 20 patients.The treatments were the same except for the surgical procedures.Regular postoperative follow-up,photographs,and records were performed.The degree of swelling around the two groups of eye tissues was graded,the change in the width of the heavy eyelid line and the satisfaction of the recipients were measured.Results:1 On the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation,the swelling score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).2 On the 1st,3rd and 7th day after operation,the width of double eyelid line in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).3 With the prolongation of postoperative recovery time,the recovery speed of the experimental group was faster than that of the control group.4 The postoperative satisfaction of the patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1 Double eyelid surgery with incision method to preserve the incision of the lower dermis skin under the magnifying glass under the magnifying glass has the characteristics of light swelling,rapid swelling,and less bruising after operation.2 Under the magnifying glass,the incision method of preserving the subdermal vascular network of the lower lip skin is effective after double eyelid operation,and the satisfaction of the recipient is high.
