Objective:This study aimed to clarify the changes of serum CTRP 9 concentration in patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation, and to explore its clinical significance. Methods:This study collected inpatients from the Department of Cardiology of the Second Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from January 2019 to January 2020 including 30 patients with non-valvular atrial fibrillation as the experimental group and 20 patients with non-atrial fibrillation As a control group. The basic data of the two groups of patients were collected and analyzed, mainly for clinical data such as patient history, routine examinations and laboratory tests. The serum CTRP9 concentration in the two groups of patients was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, using single factor and multifactor logistic regression analysis The risk factors of atrial fibrillation were analyzed, and the correlation between serum CTRP9 level and clinical data of patients with atrial fibrillation was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis. Results:The basic data of the atrial fibrillation group and the control group were analyzed. The results suggest that the atrial fibrillation group's age and left atrial inner diameter are greater than the control group(P <0.05),the difference is statistically significant; The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the serum CTRP9 concentration in the atrial fibrillation group was higher than that in the control group(P <0.05),and thedifference was statistically significant.Univariate and multivariate logistic regression analysis of atrial fibrillation risk factors showed that the left atrial diameter and CTRP 9were the risk factors affecting atrial fibrillation(P <0.05).The correlation analysis between CTRP9 and clinical data of patients with atrial fibrillation showed that there was no correlation between CTRP9 concentration and clinical data of patients with atrial fibrillation. Conclusion:Serum CTRP 9 concentration in patients with atrial fibrillation was significantly increased. The left atrial diameter and CTRP 9 were risk factors for atrial fibrillation.CTRP 9 may become one of the new bio-markers for evaluating atrial fibrillation.
