| Objective:The study aims to construct the nursing professional MNS clinical practice procedural evaluation contents,index system and weights by literature analysis,Delphi expert consultation and analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Through verifying the index system of quality by the analysis of the small sample test,the study also aim to provides a scientific,objective and specification,strong operability evaluation tools.So as to reflect the current clinical ability training effect and actual level of MNS truly and objectively,and to provide reference for other universities to improve MNS clinical practice process evaluation system.Methods:(1)Using the literature analysis method to analyze the domestic and foreign related literature,to determine the MNS postgraduate clinical practice procedure evaluation process evaluation content and method.The evaluation index system of expert consultation questionnaire for the assessment of clinical practice of master students is preliminarily constructed by referring to the opinions of the national education steering committee for professional degree graduate students under the guidance and cultivation plan of master students.The structural adjustment and project modification of the preliminary expert consultation questionnaire were carried out by the method of pre-investigation,and the formal consultation questionnaire was finally formed.(2)The improved Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consultation;and the items of the questionnaire were continuously sorted out and modified.Data statistics were conducted by using Excel 2016 and SPSS 23.0.(3)The analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weight,based on the resultsof Delphi expert consultation research.(4)The validity of the evaluation index system was tested by using the convenience sampling method.Thirty-eight MNS postgraduates with six months clinical practice in our school were selected to be surveyed with the process of built assessment index system in the form that their practice teachers form inspection teams to evaluate them.Results:(1)Two rounds of Delphi expert consulting survey were completed among twenty-seven experts from seven provinces and cities covering nursing education,nursing management and clinical nursing experts.Experts' positive coefficients were 90% and92.6% respectively.The authority coefficients were 0.895 and 0.899 respectively.The total Kendall's W was 0.241(P<0.001)and 0.315(P< 0,001),indicating that the experts' opinions were in agreement on all levels of items.The evaluation index system of MNS postgraduates clinical practice is composed of 6 first-level indexes,35 second-level indexes,78 third-level indexes and 132 evaluation criteria,including Nursing teaching ward rounds,Nursing lectures,Nursing case reports,Nursing quality improvement reports,Nursing literature discussion courses and Nursing medical records writing.(2)Six first-level index weight coefficients were determined by AHP,including Nursing teaching ward rounds(0.1866),Nursing lectures(0.1802),Nursing case reports(0.1780),Nursing quality improvement reports(0.1158),Nursing literature seminars(0.1754)and Nursing medical records writing(0.1640).(3)Thirty-eight evaluation forms were issued for the measurement and analysis,and thirty-eight were recovered,with a recovery rate of 100%,thirty-eight valid questionnaires,and an effective recovery rate of 100%.The results showed that the average total score of clinical practice process evaluation for MNS postgraduates was 82.63±4.8 points,the total Cronbach's coefficient was 0.779,and the Cronbach's coefficient of the first-level index was 0.740,0.780,0.826,0.801,0.774,and 0.818,respectively.Conclusion:This study constructed the MNS postgraduates evaluation index system of clinical practice examination,which is composed of 6 first-level indicators,35 secondary indicators,78 measures of level 3 and 132 items of evaluation standard,including Nursing teaching ward rounds,Nursing lectures,Nursing case reports,Nursing quality improvement reports,Nursing literature discussion courses and Nursing medical records writing.Enquiry for expert authority is high;enquiry for results is reliable.The constructed evaluation index system has good reliability,validity and differentiation,which can effectively help clinical teachers with providing comprehensive,scientific and objective evaluation and feedback for MNS postgraduates in a specific situation in a timely manner.It can also let MNS graduate students understand their advantages and disadvantages in detail to get specific suggestions for further improvement,and has a guiding role in talent cultivation and practice quality control of MNS postgraduates. |
