Objective:Establish a scientific and practical knowledge system of safety education for undergraduate nursing patients in line with China's medical environment and nursing education background, and provide a theoretical reference for undergraduate nursing education to implement patient safety education.Methods:1.Literature research method: The ScienceDirect,PubMed,Web of Science,China Biomedical Literature Database,Wanfang Database,Chinese Journal Full-text Database and other database resources were used to conduct literature search related to this research. The related policies and regulations, works and the public No.,etc.,were uesd to collect data and to clarify the current status of safety education for nursing undergraduates at home and abroad, provided a theoretical basis for the formulation of knowledge system entries.2.Semi-structured interview method: According to the interview outline,open-ended questions were given to 10 nurses engaged in nursing management, nursing education and clinical nursing work in a third class a hospital in a province, and the preliminary expert correspondence questionnaire was improved.3.Improved Delphi method: 21 experts from 9 provinces and cities are selected to conduct two rounds of inquiry about the content of the questionnaire.SPSS 21.0 and Excel software are used to calculate and statistically analyze the results of the inquiry. Finally, the knowledge system of nursing undergraduate patient safety curriculum is finalized;Use the proportional allocation method to calculate the weight of entries at all levels.Results:1.Analyzing the results of the interviews, all experts expressed the necessity of carrying out patient safety education for nursing undergraduates, indicating that it is imperative for medical schools to develop formal patient safety courses.2.The results of the two rounds of expert correspondence showed that the experts' positive coefficients were 91.3% and 100%;the expert authority coefficients were 0.881 and 0.910,indicating that the consulted experts are representative, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the research results. The results of the second round of expert consultation showed that the Kendall 's W coefficients of the first-,second-,and third-level entries were0.256,0.305,and 0.408(all P?0.01),indicating that the experts agreed with the indicators at all levels.3.After two rounds of correspondence and discussions with the members of the research group,a knowledge system for patient safety courses for nursing undergraduates suitable for China's medical environment and nursing education background was finally determined.Weighted calculations were made for items at all levels using the proportional allocation method. The weights of the first-level indicators were ranked in descending order: patient safety care(0.1707),common safety hazards in clinical care(0.1707),and patient safety event management(0.1693)Continuous improvement of patient safety(0.1676),patient safety culture(0.1610),overview of patient safety(0.1595).Conclusion:This study is based on a literature review,semi-structured interviews,Delphi expert consultation, and a proportional allocation method of nursing undergraduate patient safety curriculum knowledge system, including 6 first-level indicators,21 second-level indicators and 81 third-level indicators. The knowledge system of this course comprehensively covers the training content of safety education for nursing undergraduate patients, and provides a reference for the training of safety education for nursing undergraduates in China.Due to time reasons, the content of the knowledge system has not been empirical. The next step isto adopt an action research method to implement and verify it.
