The Realistic Demand And Practical Dilemma Of "Combination Of Medical And Nursing" In Ruili Village Of Zhaoyuan City

In the early days of New China,the 1950 s and 1960 s,there was an explosion in China's population,which resulted in an increase in the number of elderly people.Under the seriously aging environment,the traditional old-age pension model can notmeet its needs;thus the innovative old-age pension model which is combined with medical support has emerged.At present,the practice of medical support and old-age care model is mainly carried out in urban areas,and related theoretical research is mostly based on the practice and activities in urban areas.The medical facilities in rural areas are outdated,the management of institutions is out of balance,and the number of professional nursing staff is lacking.The elderly,especially the disabled,the halfdisabled,and the disabled have more urgent needs for medical care.They are based on the existing domestic theories in rural areas.The practice and thinking of selective medical integration mode has certain practical significance.This paper selects Ruili Village of Zhaoyuan City as the research object.Through field visits and questionnaires,this paper makes a deep analysis on the implementation of the mode of combining medical care and old-age care in rural areas of zhaoyuan city.Learning from the experience of other areas at home and abroad in promoting the rural model of combining medical care and old-age care.Based on the actual situation of Ruili village in zhaoyuan.Putting forward the solution countermeasure to the corresponding problem.In order to promote the development of the mode of combining medical care and old-age care in rural areas.The demand of rural elderly studied in this paper mainly refers to the service willingness demand of rural elderly.According to the survey results,the service needs of rural elderly people are dividedin to life care service needs,medical service needs and spiritual comfort serviceneeds.After reading the relevant references,the questionnaire was designed according to thecontent of the research.Collecting and analyze the data and summarizes the factors that affect the development of the combination of medicine and nursing in Ruili village.The restricting factors are as follows:heavy burden of medical treatment for farmers,backward concept of old-age care,insufficient supporting resources and single old-agecare mode.To solve these problems,many parties need to coordinate with each other.This paper puts forward some Suggestions from strengthening the government's responsibility,changing the concept of providing for the aged,strengthening legislation to ensure the supply of resources and increasing medical care.
