Stereoscopic display technology is developing rapidly and has been widely used in many fields.However,there are some defects in current stereoscopic display technology and may lead to visual fatigue when viewing stereoscopic videos for a long time,which limits its further development.Therefore,the study of stereoscopic visual fatigue is of great significance.In this paper,for stereoscopic visual fatigue caused by watching stereoscopic motion-in-depth video clips,we first evaluate it by subjective questionnaires,and find that viewing motion in depth stereo video clips can cause visual fatigue.Then we study the frequency domain features of objective electroencephalography(EEG)signals before and after fatigue.The features including the relative energy of ????? and the ratio algorithm of(?+?)/???/???/??(?+?)/(?+?)??/???/(?+?)are extracted from each electrode respectively.By the means of Paired-samples t-test,the combination of Fisher and SVM,and the Grey Relational analysis,we find that the indexes of ?/? in Pz electrode is appropriate to evaluate the visual fatigue.In addition,combined with brain regions to analyze,we find that the indexes of ?/? in Parietal area,? and ?/? in central area have good separability in the classification of fatigue and non-fatigue signals,and the apical alpha/beta had the highest average classification accuracy of 83.19%.At the same time,this paper also studies the visual fatigue caused by watching motion in lateral stereoscopic video clips.First of all,we carry out the subjective evaluation to compare the difference of watching 3D and 2D video clips,the result shows that the fatigue of watching 3D is stronger.Then we respectively acquire the ERP and EEG before and after fatigue,the result of P300 components extracted from ERP signals before and after watching shows that the amplitude of P300 components in fatigue state decreased slightly and the latency increased slightly compared with that in waking state.It means that the ability of cognitive processing decreases somewhat.Sample entropy of EEG signals before and after fatigue and mean value of ????? and the ratio algorithm of(?+?)/???/???/??(?+?)/(?+?)??/???/(?+?)are extracted respectively,and electrode selection is carried out according to the combined features.We find that the electrode of CP3 is suitable to evaluate the visual fatigue.
