Objective: Parkinson's disease(PD)is a type of dyskinesia. In recent years, there have been more and more researches on non-motor symptoms(NMS)such as depression, anxiety disorder and sleep disorders in PD patients. The incidence of depression accounts for a high proportion of NMS,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. The purpose of this study was to understand the incidence of different degrees of depression in PD patients and related influencing factors(such as dyskinesia, sleep disorders,Hoehn-Yahr staging, etc.),and further to find effective intervention factors to improve the quality of life of PD patients. Methods: A total of 113 PD patients who met the criteria for enrollment in a top three hospital were enrolled. The 24 Hamilton Depression Scale(HRSD)was divided into non-depression group, possibly depression group and depression group, among which PD depression(PDD)Divided into three subgroups of Mild,Moderate and Severe. The relevant scales were used to assess the patient's anxiety status, quality of life, cognitive function, and exercise status, etc. At the same time, factors such as the patient's course of disease, sleep status, gender age and dopamine(DA)preparations, which may affect the depression of the patients, were collected, and relevant statistical analysis was performed with SPSS 23.Results:(1)19 patients with PD were non-depressed,accounting for 16.8%,60 patients with depression, accounting for 53.1%,and 34 patients with depression, accounting for 30.1%.Mild depression in the depression group accounted for 63.7%,moderate depression accounted for 32.7%,and severe depression accounted for 3.6%.The vast majority of PD patients have depression or possible depression, and most of them are possible depression.(2)There was a significant difference in quality of life between non-depressive group and depression group(including possible depression group)(P<0.01).There may be significant differences in quality of life between patients with possible depression group and depression group(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the quality of life between the mild, moderate, and severe subgroups in the depression group(P>0.05).(3)Depression was significantly associated with gender, duration of disease, educational level, use of DA preparations, and sleep disorders in patients with PD(P<0.05 or P<0.01).There was no correlation with the age of onset, the nature of work, and whether or not to use dopamine agonists(P>0.05).(4)There were significant correlations between UPDRSI,UPDRSII,UPDRS III,UPDRS IV,H-Y grade, anxiety index,ADL,MMSE and other factors in patients with depression(P<0.05 or <0.01).Conclusion: The majority of patients with Parkinson's disease have a tendency to depression or depression.Only a small number of people are not associated with depression.PDD has the greatest impact on patients' quality of life.Gender, duration of disease, use of DA preparations and sleep disorders are the main factors affecting PDD.Whether to use DA preparations and sleep disorders as intervening factors suggests that early intervention can be effective to improve the patient's depression and further improve the quality of life of PD patients. At the same time, using a simple operation scale such as ADL which is significantly related to PDD,the patient's depression is dynamically observed, which has reference value for clinical observation and early intervention of PDD.
