Clinical Application Of Orbicularis Oculi Muscle Flap Folding Combined With Autologous Fat Filling In The Correction Of Upper Eyelid Depression

objective In recent years,with the increasing requirements of the Chinese people on their own appearance,wrinkles around the face and eyes have attracted the attention of the majority of beauty-seekers.Depression of upper eyelid is an important characteristic manifestation of aging trend of upper eyelid.If effective correction and treatment of depression of upper eyelid are not carried out actively,most of them will have double eyelid excessively wide or multiple multiple eyelid deformity.At present,autologous fat transplantation and filling is a common surgical method selected by cosmetic medical personnel for the treatment of patients with upper eyelid depression.However,the single application of autologous fat transplantation and filling for the treatment of patients with upper eyelid depression still can not obtain more satisfactory postoperative cosmetic effect.The application of orbicularis oculi muscle flap folding on the basis of autologous fat transplantation can not only effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with depression of upper eyelid,but also make double eyelid line more natural and smooth.At present,there are relatively few reports on the clinical literature on orbicularis oculi muscle flap folding combined with autologous fat filling for the correction and treatment of patients with upper eyelid depression.Therefore,this study intends to conduct a study,so as to find a surgical method with better aesthetic effect for patients with upper eyelid depression.Methods Ninety patients with depression of upper eyelid were selected as research objects,and were divided into two groups according to different surgical treatment methods,each group was 45 cases,the control group was treated with autologous fat filling,and the observation group was treated with orbicularis oculi muscle flap folding combined with autologous fat filling.The changes of upper eyelid depression classification in two groups before and after treatment were compared,and the clinical efficacy,satisfaction scale score changes,postoperative satisfaction rate of two groups were compared.Operative treatment time and intraoperative blood loss were recorded in detail in the two groups.Patients in the two groups were followed up for 1 year after the operation.Complications such as hematoma,local agglomeration,uneven upper eyelid and symblepharon of the two groups were recorded and compared in detail.Results There was no significant difference in gender,age,severity of upper eyelid depression,causes of upper eyelid depression between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in operating time and intraoperative blood loss between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The surgical treatment effect score,life quality score,self-confidence score and self-image evaluation of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the grading of upper eyelid depressions between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the grading of upper eyelid depressions of the two groups significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of the grading of upper eyelid depressions of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The post-treatment satisfaction of the observation group(88.89%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(68.89%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate(97.78%)of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(88.89%)(P<0.05).The total effective rate(93.33%)of severity upper eyelid depression in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.57%)(P<0.05).Patients in both groups were followed up for 1 year after treatment,and no infection or other serious complications occurred during and after treatment.Conclusion The orbicularis oculi muscle flap folding combined with autologous fat filling has a significant therapeutic effect on upper eyelid depression,which can significantly improve the grading degree of upper eyelid depression and improve the treatment satisfaction of patients.
