Objective:To investigate the effect of risedronate on the healing of osteoporotic fracture in rats.Methods:In this study,60 healthy female SD rats of 6 months old were randomly divided into groups A,B and C(20 in each group): 3 groups: normal control group(group A),ovariectomized model + femoral shaft fracture model + Riserdronate sodium in the treatment group(group B)and ovariectomized model + femoral shaft fracture model + saline gavage group(group C).After adaptive feeding in each group of rats,osteoporosis model and femoral fracture model were established by operation.After modeling,rats in group B were treated with lisendronate at the 3rd and 6th week,and group C was given saline at the same time.Group A was not treated.The femur bone mineral density(BMD)and bone mineral content(BMC)of each group were measured dynamically at the 3rd and 6th week after modeling,and X-ray filming and taking were performed.The left femur pathology of the rats was observed to observe the micromorphological changes of the bone tissue.Results: 1.According to the results of X-ray examination,in group B rats,at 3 and 6 weeks,the callus was formed at the femoral fracture,and the local bone density was higher and higher.The healing of the fracture accelerated in the first 3 weeks,and it appeared obviously in the last 3 weeks.Delayed healing;at the same time,the fractures of group B and C were compared.In the first 3 weeks,the bone continuity of the fracture group was better than that of group A and C,but at the 6th week,the fracture of group B was fractured.The continuity of the bone was worse than that of the A and C groups,and the delayed fracture healing occurred locally at the fracture site.2.In the comparison of the pathological sections of the rats in the same period,the chondrocytes proliferated in the B group in the first 3 weeks were more than A.There are many C groups,the trabecular bone is denser,the trabecular bones are better connected to each other,the thickness of the cortical bone is larger,and the fracture healing is better;but in the last 3 weeks,the rats in group B are better than the groups A and C.There were few chondrocytes proliferating at the fracture site,sparse trabecular bone,poor connectivity between the trabecular bone,and the thickness of the cortical bone was not obvious,and the fracture healing was delayed.In the comparison of the pathological sections of the rats before and after the same period,B The rats in the group showed significant acceleration at the local fracture in the first 3 weeks,and appeared obviously in the last 3 weeks.Delayed healing,this phenomenon did not occur in rats in group A and C;3.The results of BMD,BMC group and intra-group comparison in each group were statistically significant,indicating that risedronate sodium in the first 3 weeks It can significantly improve the BMD of the fracture site of rats,reduce the BMC of the fracture site of rats,and significantly increase the rate of BMD increase at the fracture site and delay the decrease of BMC at the fracture site,but the delayed fracture healing occurs in the last 3 weeks.Conclusion: During the first 3 weeks of healing of osteoporotic fractures in rats,the use of risedronate to promote fracture healing,and the use of risedronate continued to delay fracture healing after 3 weeks.
