Objective To investigate the dangerous factors of prognosis of patients with low progressive rectal cancer after abdominoperineal resection curative resection and observe the curative effect of adjuvant chemotherapy.Methods Retrospective analysis of 36 patients with low progressive rectal cancer after APR,who were treated our hosptial from May 2013 to May 2015,and followed up for 3 consecutive years?Comparing the 3-year disease-free lifetime(DFS)and the 3-year total lifetime(OS),to analyze the relevant factors.Results From the follow-up to May 1,2018,the average follow-up time was 29.8 months,2 patients lost their visits,15 cases progressed,14 cases died,and the non-tumor survival rate was 28.3 %.The total survival rate was 61.1 %.The results of Logitic single factor analysis indicated that CA199 ? 37u/ml,intestinal obstruction,vascular invasion,positive of circumferential resection margin,lymph node metastasis,and invasive tumors were the risk factors for analysis of patients with low progressive rectal cancer?Conclusions CA199 ? 37u/ml,intestinal obstruction,vascular invasion,positive of circumferential resection margin,lymph node metastasis,and invasive tumors were the risk factors for analysis of patients with low progressive rectal cancer?These can be used as a reference for predicting the prognosis of patients?.
