| Objective:In this paper, the survival of 603 patients with advanced cervical cancer after radiotherapy was analyzed and observed, and the prognostic factors were analyzed,so as to provide reference materials for future treatment of cervical cancer related diseases and related researches.Method:A total of 603 cases of middle and advanced cervical cancer patients were collected for this study.A retrospective analysis was conducted to collect and follow up the data of prognosis and survival, and the data were input into the system to form a database. In the study of analysis in this paper,in view of the database collected by the clinical characteristics and prognosis of relevant factors in the use of statistical methods, such as more comprehensive analysis system,in addition,on the analysis of the statistics of many factors affecting survival, also adopted the Kaplan-Meier method to carry out the single factor analysis, finally used the Log-rank sequential inspection,to determine the analyzed result of whether can affect the prognosis; After a systematic and comprehensive analysis, the influencing factors were determined, and then Cox stepwise regression model was used to analyze the prognostic factors of these factors.Result:The median follow-up time of 603 patients with advanced cervical cancer was 31 months.According to the analysis and investigation, the 1-year survival rate was 91.5%,the 2-year survival rate was 88.4%,and the 3-year survival rate was 86.9%.By Kaplan-Meier survival analysis was carried out on the related data, and the main influence factors that affect the prognosis are the following: the first is when diagnosed patients, its differentiation degree of tumor and tumor size and the diameter of the lymph node is already in transfer,FIGO clinical stage, patients still suffer from cardiovascular disease and other complications, etc.;Is anemia present prior to initiation of treatment? When the patient receives formal treatment, whether to undertake radiotherapy, whether to adjust intensity radiotherapy and whether to undertake hyperthermia.Through relevant multivariate analysis,it was determined that among the above factors, lymph node metastasis at the time of diagnosis and concurrent hyperthermia at the time of treatment were independent factors. Conclusion:Based on the investigation conducted in this study, the following conclusions are drawn: lymph node metastasis in patients at the time of diagnosis and concurrent hyperthermia in patients receiving treatment are independent factors.Detailed assessment of the patient’s condition at diagnosis, including factors such as lymph node metastasis, can better predict the prognosis and survival. In the course of anti-tumor treatment, comprehensive treatment, such as thermotherapy, can effectively prolong the long-term survival rate of patients. |
