Background and ObjectiveWhen spinal tumors occur under the dura mater, dural dissection is often unavoidable due to the need for exposure of the operative visual field, which greatly increases the risk of cerebrospinal fluid leakage in patients.Past research focuses on repairing the dural sac alone or postoperative cerebrospinal fluid leakage bypass treatment, but less research on both the curative effect of combined treatment of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, postoperative drainage tube placement time is the important factors that affect cerebrospinal fluid leakage to recover,so it has significance about researching drainage tube drainage time based on blood flow dynamics.MethodsRetrospective analysis August 2011 to September 2018,a total of thirty-five patients with subdural tumors were admitted to the union hospital of fujian medical university. The effects of different postoperative indwelling time of subfascial epidural drainage tube on postoperative wound healing time, actual days of hospitalization, average hospitalization cost, and VAS score at 1 month after surgery were analyzed, and the practical operation affecting these results were explored based on the hemodynamic formula.Results35 cases with subdural tumor patients according to the drainage tube decannulation time is divided into three groups,A/B/C,group A decannulation time 2 days, group B decannulation time 3 days, group C decannulation time 4 days,A,B,C three groups of patients after statistical analysis and comparison among the age,BMI,operation time, intraoperative blood loss, intraoperative replenishment quantity, tumor size, maximum diameter, albumin content at postoperative day 1,bed time, skeletal muscle index, showing that there is no statistical difference. The average incision healing time of patients in group A was 12.8±1.8 days, the average incision healing time of patients in group B was 13.5±2.8 days, and the average incision healing time of patients in group C was 9.0±0.8 days.Compared with patients in group A and B,patients in group C showed shorter average incision healing time. The overall mean actual days of hospitalization for patients in group A were 12.2±2.6 days,13.9±3.4 days for patients in group B,and 9.0±4.0 days for patients in group C.The results suggested that patients in group C showed shorter actual hospital stay.In terms of VAS score after one month surgery,VAS in group A after surgery was 8.2±0.9,VAS in group B after surgery was 5.8±0.9,and group C was 2.4±0.5.Patients in group C had lower pain degree than group A and group B at 1 month after surgery, while group B showed lower pain sense than group A.ConclusionsWhen subdural tumor patients with surgical treatment, intraoperative artificially cut open after the cerebrospinal fluid leakage, repairing of the intraoperative shall promptly bring us hard, tightly suture each layer of muscle and deep fascia lien under epidural drainage tube, drainage time 4 days, after the incision healing have enough resistance to damage the catheter pressure,to prevent further development of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, this measure can shorten the incision healing time, thus reducing the actual number of days in hospital, alleviate postoperative pain. The common pathological type of subdural tumors is schwannoma, and the early preoperative diagnosis is of vital importance, because long-term spinal cord compression may lead to permanent loss of function, and the prediction of tumor properties is crucial for intraoperative and postoperative recovery.
