The Safety Report Of Reduce-port Laparoscope Radical Gastrectomy For Distal Gastric Cancer

Purpose: Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of the digestive tract in China,and its most common pathogenic site is gastric antrum.At present,surgical treatment is one of the most effective way for gastric cancer treatment.During a longterm development,radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer has been developed from traditional laparotomy to today's total laparoscopic surgery and even the single incision plus one port laparoscopy surgery.At present,the application of reduce port laparoscopic technique in China and even in the world is still mainly in colorectal cancer and gynecological surgery,and the application of this technique in gastric cancer is rarely reported,so it is necessary to carry out research on this kind of operation.In this paper,we had recorded and analyzed the total laparoscopic distal gastric cancer with traditional 5 ports and the reduce port laparoscope radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer with the method statistical comparison which in the Qinghai university affiliated hospital's gastrointestinal surgery this two years.And this paper discussed mainly around the reduce port laparoscope radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer domestic and overseas at present.We had analyzed the safety of reduce port laparoscope radical gastrectomy for distal gastric cancer based on the results and obtained the final results.Methods: Collected data and analyzed the cases treated with the total laparoscopic surgery in the same treatment group from Qinghai university affiliated hospital's gastrointestinal surgery which were from January 2017 to July 2019,and the cases of reduce port laparoscopic surgery come from August 2017 to July 2019.Record and statistical analyze the data and get the conclusion.Results: Our study shows that the safety of reduce port laparoscopic distal radical gastrectomy is not lower than the traditional 5 ports laparoscopic distal radical gastrectomy during the surgery,and it has the advantages of recovering the gastrointestinal function faster,reducing the wound exudation,shorter postoperative hospital stay,and lower inflammatory index after the surgery.Conclusion: On the premise of ensuring surgical safety,reduce port laparoscopic distal radical gastrectomy has the advantages of lower inflammatory index,recovering the gastrointestinal function faster,reducing the exudation from the wound,shortening the duration of hospitalization after the surgery.In addition,it is certain that reduce port laparoscopic distal radical gastrectomy has the advantages of shorter total incision length and better cosmetic effect.
