Objective To retrospectively analyze the relevant data of patients undergoing breast reconstruction after breast cancer treatment in our department from 2017 to 2019,and to compare and analyze the post-operative aesthetics, patient satisfaction, and quality of life of different breast reconstruction procedures. The above is to more accurately grasp the indications of different surgical methods, better achieve the patient's expected goals, improve the aesthetics of patients after surgery, and reduce complications after breast reconstruction.Method We collected the surgical and postoperative follow-up data of patients who diagnosed with breast cancer and underwent breast reconstruction surgery from 2017 to 2019 were collected, reviewed the medical records(general conditions, physical and auxiliary examinations, pathological reports, and patient surgical conditions),and scored the Harris and BREAST-Q after 6 month. In order to compare the operation time, length of hospital stay, the incidence of postoperative complications, postoperative cosmetic effects, patient satisfaction and quality of life.Result A total of 85 patients were followed up from 2017 to 2019.First,there was no statistical significance in patient age and tumor size(P>0.05),and there was a statistical significance in body mass index(BMI,Body Mass Index)(P?0.05),In which the BMI of the prosthesis implantation group and the latissimus dorsi prosthesis group was statistical significant(P?0.05),the BMI of the prosthesis implantation group was lower than that of the latissimus dorsi muscle + prosthesis group by 25.50 ± 1.66;Secondly,there were no statistical significance in the length of stay among patients with different surgical methods(P?0.05),and there were statistically significant in intraoperative bleeding andduration of operation(P?0.05).Among them,The time of operation and amount of bleeding during expander and prosthesis implantation were lower than those of latissimus dorsi flap, latissimus dorsi flap combine with prosthesis group. There was no statistical significance in Harris and BREAST-Q scores between different surgical methods(P>0.05),but the score of young group(?35 years)and old group(> 35 years old)were statistically significant(P?0.05).The scores in the young group were higher than the old. There were statistically significant in Harris and BREAST-Q scores between the nipple-preserved group and the non-preserved group(P?0.05).The nipple-preserved group scores were higher than the other. The incidence of infection, fluid is higher than autologous reconstruction. Conclusion 1.The age is not the basis for choosing a reconstruction method, autologous tissue reconstruction for patients with large BMI value can achieve better results.2.Breast reconstruction after radical mastectomy can improve the quality of life, aesthetics and postoperative satisfaction of patients, especially in the nipple-sparing and young patients.3.The use of autologous breast reconstruction, the amount of bleeding and the length of operation is longer, but the incidence of postoperative complications is relatively low. However, the incidence of infection after implant breast reconstruction is higher than autologous skin flaps.
