Objective: It is demonstrated that the origin of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine pulse is in strict accordance with the isomorphism law of Chinese classical philosophy.Sunch as how did the structure of the cardiac morphogenesis, cardiovascular system, cardiac conduction system and the pulse of Chinese medicine evolve. Methods: By means of reference search method, relevant books and literatures of key words such as pulse image, mechanism and isomorphism were consulted.By means of literature review and literary exegesis, this paper sorts out the research on the origin principle of traditional Chinese medicine pulse study in the traditional sense of classic Chinese medicine works and modern literature. This paper studies the isomorphism of traditional Chinese of pulse theory from three aspects: philosophical isomorphism, mathematical isomorphism and systematic isomorphism by means of case study method and model study method. Results: The origin of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine pulse is in strict accordance with the isomorphism law of Chinese classical philosophy. All evolve around a single center. They all evolved from one center to Yin and Yang. The evolution of pulse is based on "four Numbers and three classes".And follow its derivation of the two formulas and orderly evolution:S1=4n;S2=2n+1.Conclusion: From the perspective of the law of isomorphism, the origin of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine pulse is in strict accordance with the isomorphism law of Chinese classical philosophy.the structure of the cardiac morphogenesis, cardiovascular system, cardiac conduction system and the pulse of Chinese medicine evolve.
