"Isomorphism" thinking is an important way of thinking of traditional Chinese philosophy. It is widely reflected in Chinese Medical theory which primarily represented by Huangdi Neijing. The abstract theory supported by this mind interprets the correlation among categories on similarity instead of certainty, focusing on describing a similar structural logic.Isomorphism is a kind of modeling of generalized xiang-thinking,which is a reflection of the progress of philosophy, but cannot simply be replaced with xiang-thinking.It upholds the metaphorical characteristics of xiang-thinking(compare with conceptual thinking)and can be used to deal with the limitations of heterogeneity. It also goes beyond xiang-thinking in the meaning of integrity, abstraction and classification.First of all,in the theory of human body structure of traditional Chinese medicine, this kind of thinking embodied in a self-similar cognition, organs of Zang and organs of Fu,organs and body, meridians, facial features and other areas there is a similar logic. This association is based on the abstract theory of Five-elements,each element shares typical features of its own classification.Researchers may find laws among the various parts of human body, which can be used in medical treatment.Second, people born in the environment of heaven and earth, and have the same characteristics in the structure and movement with heaven and earth. The human body is like a miniature universe, isomorphic to the whole model. The model could help in both exploring the environment and as well as understanding human itself. In this framework, the ancients put forward the concept of "harmony between man and heaven" as the spirit of philosophy, advocate to take the movement of heaven and earth as an example,to practice the return from the departure to the normal state.Another example, the establishment of the social relations and the entire humanities system, also shares the same logic with human body itself. And which is behind,is still the unified framework of man and heaven overall."Heart" contains the thinking activities, has a similar relationship with the monarch in the status and responsibility,as the center, functional departments were than set up.This provides a reasonable basis for the present political model. Moreover, the external environment and human body's internal environment have interaction on each other, this relationship also shares the isomorphic model. The impact of the environment on people is reflected in the time cycle and geographical orientation, with the necessary medical reference value. And the impact of human being on the environment, the ancients explained the principle of "Similar to attract" to understand, called "Heaven and Man induction",which put forward the serious "self-cultivation" request to the social managers. There is more than one kind of isomorphism between categories, and which cannot be regarded as contradictory.Specific objects have their complex factors and multiple characteristics.Between the two categories, allowing the existence of more than one isomorphic way to recognize the order of elements in different aspects, which is the formation of multi-dimensional features, providing the value of parallel reference. In addition, the actual approximations of the various categories are of different levels,so there is no complete correspondence. An irregular or unclear part of a frame makes atypical elements. These elements also need to be analyzed and amended independently,in order to protect this thinking from being narrow. This paper based on the theoretical system of Neijing, analyzes the characteristics and application of isomorphism in traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese philosophy,in the aspects of human body structure,"San-cai" model, the construction of social relations as well as the interaction between human and environment.
