Objective:To investigate the changes of the volume of glenohumeral joint cavity and intra-articular pressure in patients with frozen shoulder(frozen shoulder FS),and to assist in the clinical stage diagnosis of frozen shoulder.Methods:31 patients with frozen shoulder who met the inclusion criteria were selected from the outpatient department of rehabilitation medicine of Bethune hospital of Shanxi Province from June 2019 to November 2019.According to "frozen shoulder, expert consensus",the patients were divided into 16 patients with stage ? and 15 patients with FS stage ?.Two groups of patients with FS shoulder joint were measured the passive of motion(ROM)(Flexion, abduction,External rotation),Visual nalog scale(VAS)(resting state, motion state, pain at night)and shoulder joint function assessment scale constant-murley,after applying 31 patients with musculoskeletal ultrasound position behind the FS patients with shoulder joint clearance,to carry on the shoulder joint cavity puncture, connect the monitor(mindray,PM12),IBP channel, the other end connection puncture needle, collected in the process of the articular cavity injection drug pressure change,volume-pressure change curve drawing,Linear regression equation pairs were used to obtain the scatter plots of different patients, and the "Kcap" values were obtained. Finally to 31 patients with FS volume-pressure curve "Kcap" value with the shoulder joint, passive ROM(forward bends, outreach, spin out),VAS(resting state, motion state, pain at night)and constant-murley functional rating scale score of correlation analysis, testthe FS patients with shoulder joint cavity volume-pressure curve obtained "Kcap" value can reflect the FS patients clinical characteristics. For patients with stage gradually frozen FS(? period)and freeze the FS(? period)in patients with shoulder joint cavity volume-pressure curve obtained "Kcap" value by using two independent samples t test to check whether the Kcap accurate staging objective quantitative indicators can be used as frozen shoulders.Whether the initial volume of glenohumeral joint cavity can be used as a staging diagnosis of frozen shoulder. Results:There was no correlation between “Kcap” and active or passive ROM,VAS score and constant-Murley score(P > 0.05).There was a correlation between“Kcap” and active VAS score(r =-0.769,P < 0.05)and no correlation between active or passive ROM,static or night VAS score and constant Murley score(P > 0.05).In FS patients, the initial volume of articular cavity(A1)was 10.62 ± 1.74 ml,kcap = 6.34 ± 0.71ml/mmhg in stage I,6.73 ± 1.48 ml in stage II,25.83 ± 1.33 ml in stage II,7.10 ± 0.25ml/mmhg in stage II.The “Kcap” value of stage I and stage II in FS patients was statistically analyzed, and the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05).The initial volume of articular cavity(point A1)of stage I and stage II in FS patients was statistically analyzed, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Kcap of FS patients could not be used for clinical staging. The initial volume of glenohumeral joint cavity(point A1)can reflect the degree of reduction of glenohumeral joint cavity caused by cyst expansion and contracture, and can help to quantify the clinical stage of FS.The maximum volume(A2 point)provides safe expansion volume for FS patients.
