Relevant Research Between Levels Of Serum Periostin And Angiotensin ? In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease Complicated With Hypertension

Objective:Periostin(PN)has been gradually discovered and paid attention to in the cardiovascular field in recent years.At present,most researches are limited to the basic research of PN,and whether it has clinical application value in serological level changes is still controversial.The experiment explored the relationship between peristatin and coronary heart disease and hypertension by detecting the levels of serum peristatin,angiotensin II(Ang? II)and related indexes in patients with hypertension and coronary heart disease,providing more clinical evidence for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Methods:All patients(n=163)were chosen from the second hospital of Shanxi Medical University from october 2018 to July 2019.According to the diagnostic criteria for hypertension in the 2010 Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension in China and the diagnostic criteria for coronary heart disease formulated by the Cardiovascular Branch of the Chinese Medical Association in 2007,the patients were divided into 81 cases of primary hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease(CHD+EHT),48 cases of primary hypertension(EHT)and 34 cases of normal control group.The changes of serum periostin,Ang?,total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)were observed and compared.Secondly,CHD+EHT group was divided intoold myocardial infarction(OMI)subgroup(22 cases),unstable angina pectoris(UA)subgroup(31 cases)and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)subgroup(28 cases).Two comparisons were made to observe the changes of serum periostin and Ang? levels of the subjects.Finally,the correlation between periostin and Ang?,TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C was analyzed.Results:Serum PN,Ang?,TC,TG and LDL-C levels were significantly different among the control group,EH group and CHD+EHT group(P <0.05),and CHD+EHT group >EHT group > control group.The level of serum HDL-C was significantly different among the control group,EH group and CHD+EHT group(P <0.05),and CHD+EHT group <EHT group < control group.The levels of serum TC,TG,LDL-C and HDL-C were statistically significant except in the control group and the hypertension group(P >0.05).In the three subgroups of CHD+EHT,there was statistical difference between pairwise comparison groups about periostin and Ang? level(P <0.05),and AMI group>UA group>OMI group.Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum periostin was positively correlated with Ang?,TC,TG and LDL-C(rAng?=0.572,rTC=0.338,rTG=0.384,rLDL-C=0.318,P <0.05),while serum periostin was negatively correlated with HDL-C(rHDL-C=-0.320,P <0.05).Conclusion:The level of serum periostin is closely related to coronary heart disease.Combined detection of periostin and Ang? can better reflect the severity of the disease in patients with hypertension complicated by coronary heart disease.
