Objective:To explore the expression characteristics and prognostic value of PD-L1 in Luminal breast cancer tumor cells and TILs.Methods:It is a historical prospective study.Luminal breast invasive ductal carcinoma patients hospitalized in Shanxi provincial people's hospital in 2013 were enrolled, and relevant clinicopathological indicators and follow-up data were collected. We operated t-test?rank test?Chi-square test to analyze the relationship between PD-L1 expression and clinicopathological indicators,Cox survival analysis was used to determine independent factors of recurrence and survival prognosis, and Kaplan-Meier method was used to draw the survival curve, survival rates were compared by the Log-rank test.Results:225 cases of invasive ductal breast carcinoma of Luminal-type were included.PD-L1 expression by tumor cells was observed in 38.2%(86/225)and expression by tumor infiltrating lymphocytes was observed in 10.7%(24/225),the 5-year survival rate was 88.9%(200/225).We found that PD-L1 expression by tumor cells was significantly associated with pathological grade?PR?TIL?Ki-67?molecular subtype and clinical stage, and that by TILs was notably correlated with ER?PR?TIL?Ki-67?molecular subtype and clinical stage.Cox survival analysis showed that PD-L1 positivity in TILs?PR?Ki-67 and pathological grade were independent risk factors for OS.Conclusion:PD-L1 expression in TILs had certain predictive value for survival and prognosis, which can provide guidance for clinicians to judge prognosis.
