Objective:To explore the correlation between adipokine chemerin,autophagy-related proteins Beclin1 and LC3 and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD),to provide a new direction for non-invasive diagnosis of NAFLD.Methods:From October 2018 to October 2019,48 patients with NAFLD diagnosed in outpatient and inpatient department of our hospital and 38 healthy people were included in this study.To collecte the general data such as height,weight,waist circumference,hip circumference and calculate the body mass index(BMI)and waist to hip ratio(WHR).To collecte the elbow vein blood and measure the hepatic enzymes,lipids,uric acid,fasting plasma glucose and fasting insulin,calculating homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(HOMA-IR).The serum adipokine chimerin,autophagy-related protein Beclinl and LC3 were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).SPSS 25.0 statistical software was used for data analysis.Results:1.Compared with the normal control group,the levels of BMI,WHR,ALT,AST,?-GT,CHE,TC,TG,LDL-C,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,chemerin,Beclinl and LC3 in the NAFLD group were significantly increased(P<0.05),and levels of HDL-C were decreased(P<0.05).There were gender differences between the two groups(P<0.05)and no significant difference in age(P>0.05),2.Serum Chemerin was positively correlated with WHR,SUA,LDL-C,and negatively correlated with HDL-C.Beclin1 was positively correlated with WHR,FINS,ALT,y-GT,and negatively correlated with HDL-C.LC3 was positively correlated with TG(P<0.05).3.According to the results of Logistic regression analysis,the risk of fatty liver increased by 4.3%when the level of chemerin increased by 1ng/ml,the risk of fatty liver increased by 292.6%when the level of BMI increased by 1kg/m2,the risk of fatty liver increased by 69.2%when the level of ALT increased by 1U/L.4.According to receiver operating characteristic curve,Chemerin,Beclinl and LC3 could effectively diagnose fatty liver.According to the Youden index,Beclinl had the best diagnostic performance,followed by chemerin.Individually,LC3 had the highest sensitivity and Beclinl had the best specificity.Series test can improve the specificity and parallel test can improve the sensitivity.Conclusion:Serum chemerin,Beclinl and LC3 levels were significantly increased.It suggested that adipokines and autophagy play an important role in the development of NAFLD.Serum chemerin and autophagy-related proteins Beclinl and LC3 levels could possibly be used as serological markers for non-invasive diagnosis of NAFLD.
