To Evaluate The Efficacy Of Salvianolate Injection By Observing The Level Of MMP-9 In Serum

Objective:Clinical observe the curative effect on multiple sclerosis by injection salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid,by detecting the content of MMP-9 in the serum before and after taking the medicine,analyzing the correlation between MMP-9 and EDSS/ADL grade,assess the curative effect on patients with acute phase of RRMS that injected with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid.Method:(1)Case collect: randomly divide the 40 MS inpatients of neurololy immune group in first affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university between January 2017 and December2017 into observation group and control group,20 cases in each group.Take detailed record of general information and medical history.(2)Test index: test serum mmp-9 before the first treatment,and after 14 days of initial treatment,review serum mmp-9,testing company test serum MMP-9.(3)Assess EDSS grade and ADL grade before treatment,14 days after treatment and28 days after treatment.(4)Dosage regimen: the control group using glucocorticoid and neurotrophic drugs,including methyl prednisolone,vitamin B1,B6,B12,record EDSS scores and ADL scores after examination,the experimental group on above basis,give salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid 100 mg and 0.9% sodium chloride injection 250 ml intravenous drip as treatment,once a day.Both groups were treated for 14 days,during which period,use large dose of methylprednisolone 1000 mg for 5 days then stop.Result:1.Serum mmp-9 level increased in both groups after 14 days of treatment,but the increase in mmp-9 level in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).2.According to the comparison between different time points,the EDSS grade of both groups decreased significantly after 14 days,and the score of observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.0167).EDSS score decreased slightly after treatment for 28 days,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.0167).The observation group scored less than the control group.3.According to the comparison between different time points,the ADL grade of both groups was higher after 14 days treatment,and the grade of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.0167).ADL grade increased slightly after 28 days treatment(P<0.0167),observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.0167).The observation group scored higher than the control group.Conclusion:Salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols acid injection can reduce the MMP-9 levels in multiple sclerosis patients,improve clinical symptoms,improve life quality of patients,the medication is safe and effective,no serious adverse reactions.
