Topic Evolution Of Lung Cancer Targeted Drugs From The Perspective Of Structure And Content

Objective:The rapid growth of information in the data era,information overload and pollution,and other issues seriously affect the development and utilization of data resources.Being an important carrier of biomedical knowledge,biomedical scientific literature is an important material for scientific research.Therefore,in addition to quickly and accurately mine useful information from a large number of biomedical data,analyze hot research topics in biomedical field,and explore the development trends and evolution laws of biomedical field,medical researchers have to master the development trend of the discipline to be able to guide and make strategic decision and development plan.Methods:According to the guiding principles of clinical application of new antitumor drugs(2018 Edition),there are 11 types of lung cancer targeting.With PubMed database as the data source,5859 literatures on lung cancer targeted drugs were retrieved by subject search.After processing,5759 documents were finally selected,and their subject words were selected as the research objects.The high-frequency subject words in each development stage of the subject field were extracted by using the subject clustering analysis and VOSviewer tools,and the co-occurrence network of the subject words in each stage was constructed according to the co-occurrence of the high-frequency subject words in the literature.The number and average of nodes in each stage were calculated by using the social network analysis method degree,average clustering coefficient and average path length are the values of these basic attribute indexes,in order to analyze the evolution characteristics of the network structure.By using the visual analysis method,the clustering results and evolution paths are respectively transformed into visual graphs,to show the change in intensity of the cluster graph and the topic evolution process of lung cancer targeted drug field.Results:The experimental results in the field of lung cancer targeted drugs show that in the evolution of the coinage network structure,according to the changing law of the number ofnodes in the network,the development of lung cancer targeted drugs is on the rise as a whole,and the field of lung cancer targeted drugs is expanding,which shows that the academic research content in this field is gradually expanding,and the research scope is gradually increasing.According to the changing law of the network average,the co-occurrence intensity of the subject words in the field of lung cancer targeted drugs has been strengthened with time,and the research on the existing subject has been deepened,reflecting the maturity of the existing research subject.The average clustering coefficient of the network has little difference in each stage,but the overall trend is declining.Due to the increasing trend of the number of nodes and the average degree,it shows that there is a differentiation phenomenon in the subject research of lung cancer targeting drug field.The new subject comes from the existing research subject,which shows that the phenomenon of small groups in the field of lung cancer targeting drug is becoming obvious gradually,and the knowledge system and research branchs are continuously formed and improved.The average path length of the network has a small increase in the germination period,and a small change in the stable development period and take-off period and tends to be stable gradually,which shows that in the germination period,the clustering phenomenon in the field of lung cancer targeted drugs is not obvious,and the co occurrence of subject words mostly exists between two new subject words,so the average path length of the network will increase.In the steady development and take-off period,the research of lung cancer targeting drug field has been relatively mature,and new co-occurrence occurs in the existing nodes in the network,so the average path length of the network tends to be stable gradually.In the aspect of subject content evolution,the research subject mainly embodies the following four forms;"persistent","newborn","weakened" and "differentiated".The combination of targeted drugs and traditional treatment methods is the main treatment strategy of lung cancer,and the treatment strategy and effect will continue to be the research hotspot.The drug resistance and mechanism of targeted drugs,the application of new generation of targeted drugs and immunity in the later period,the research of treatment will become a research topic with development potential.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the topic evolution of lung cancer targeted drug field,it is found that in the evolution of coinage network structure,the network as a whole hasvariations with different stages;in the evolution of the topic content,the research topic mainly reflects a variety of forms.The evolution of network structure reveals the relationship characteristics of subject words at the topological level and reflects the evolution law of subject content,while the evolution of subject content reveals the relationship of subject in the field at the semantic level and confirms the change in characteristics of network structure,which makes the research of network structure more refined.From the perspective of network structure and subject content,the evolution of subject can objectively and scientifically reveal the characteristics and laws of subject development,hence,helping in identify the research direction with higher development potential.
