Objective:To explore the clinical factors affecting the pregnancy outcome of multiple pregnancy reduction. Methods:A total of 124 patients with multiple pregnancy miscarriage in the Department of Reproductive Medicine, the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University from October 2016 to October 2018 were collected. The factors such as age, mode of assisted pregnancy, time of fetus reduction and number of fetuses were analyzed.relationship.Results:1.There was no significant difference in live birth rate, abortion rate and gestational age between the single-fetal group and the retained twin group in the transvaginal reduction group(p>0.05).The weight of the newborn was significantly higher than that of the retained twin group.Statistical significance(p<0.05);2.There was no significant difference in live birth rate, abortion rate and gestational age between the single-fetal group and the retained twin group in the transabdominal abortion(p>0.05).The neonatal weight was significantly higher than that of the retained twin group. The difference was statistically significant.Significance(p<0.05);3.There was no significant difference in live birth rate and abortion rate between the vaginal reduction group and the transabdominal group(p>0.05).The gestational age and neonatal weight were significantly higher than those of the transabdominal group. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05);4.There was no significant difference in live birth rate, abortion rate and gestational age between the transvaginal and the transabdominal group(p>0.05).The birth weight of the newborn was significantly higher than that of the transabdominal abortion group.Statistically significant(p<0.05);5.There was no significant difference in the age of pregnant women and the mode of pregnancy and pregnancy outcome(p<0.05).6.Retention of single-fetal group and retention of twin fetal dysfunction, pregnancy with anemia, placenta previa, pregnancy with viral hepatitis, pregnancy with vulvovaginal candidiasis, premature rupture of membranes, gestational diabetes, placental abruption There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The incidence of hypertensive disorder in pregnancy was lower than that in the twins, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.The final number of preserved embryos has a significant effect on pregnancy outcomes: retention of single-child patients with neonatal weight is higher than retention of twins.2.One of the key factors affecting the pregnancy outcome after the reduction of fetal delivery is the timing of the reduction of the fetus: the gestational age of the single-child vaginal reduction and the weight of the newborn are higher than that of the transabdominal abortion;Higher than transabdominal fetal reduction.3.The age of the patient and the mode of assisted pregnancy have no significant effect on the pregnancy outcome after the reduction.4.The incidence of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in patients with twins was significantly higher than that of patients with singleton retention.
