Objective:To investigate the feasibility of the application of the lateral position of the kidney bridge in retroperitoneal laparoscopic urology? Methods:A total of 120 patients who underwent lateral laparoscopic laparoscopic surgery were randomly assigned to the observation group and the control group. The control group adopted the traditional lateral position of the kidney bridge during the operation, while the observation group was cancelled the kidney bridge during the operation. The laparoscopic operation time of the two groups of patients,24 hours postoperative pain and skin injury and other complications were compared? Results:There was no significant difference in the time of laparoscopic operation between the two groups(p>0.05).The pain of the back in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and in the observation group, the back pain score increased with the laparoscopic operation time, and there was a positive correlation between them(r=0.562,p<0.001).There was no correlation between them in the observation group(p>0.05).The skin damage of the observation group was slightly less than that of the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05)? Conclusion:Laparoscopic urologic surgery in the lateral recumbent position, the surgical position of the kidney bridge can be relieved during operation, which can alleviate the postoperative pain in the back of the patient. It has no effect on the operation and can be used in clinical practice?...
