Purpose:To investigate the correlation between peripheral serum Semaphorin 7A(Sema7A)protein and acute myocardial infarction(AMI)and inflammatory factors. Methods:The patients who were admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,102 patients with newly developed AMI are the case group.According to the principle of gender and age matching,102 patients with stable coronary artery disease(SCAD)who had positive coronary angiography at the same time were selected as the control group.Elisa was used to determine the serum Sema7A concentration in the two groups of patients.Using univariate and multivariate logistic regression to analyze the correlation between peripheral serum Sema7A and AMI.The effects of different lesion time nodes, different coronary lesions and combined chronic diseases on Sema7A level in AMI group were analyzed.Cytometric bead array(CBA)was used to determine the concentration of serum inflammatory factors in the peripheral blood of two groups of patients.Correlation analysis of peripheral serum Sema7A and inflammatory factors in patients with AMI group,in order to explore the correlation between peripheral blood serum Sema7A and inflammatory factors in patients with AMI.Results:The median serum Sema7A concentration in AMI patients is more than twice that of SCAD patients(6.68 vs.2.97),paired Wilcoxon test showed that the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05.After adjusting for confounding factors, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that peripheral serum Sema7A was independently associated with AMI(OR=1.532,95%CI 1.139?2.062,P=0.005).Taking the median Sema7A of the two groups as the limit, the patients in the two groups were divided into high Sema7A group and low Sema7A group. After adjusting for confounding factors, multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that peripheral serum high Sema7A was independently associated with AMI(OR=8.957,95%CI 3.988?20.115,P<0.01).Analysis of the characteristics of Sema7A in peripheral serum of patients with AMI revealed that Sema7A levels have a certain correlation with the time of onset,Sema7A levels between different onset times, the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.With the increase in the number of coronary vascular lesions, the peripheral serum Sema7A level increased. As coronary Gensini score increased, peripheral serum Sema7A level increased.One-Way ANOVA showed that Sema7A levels of different coronary artery disease counts and different coronary Gensini scores were statistically significant,P<0.05.Analysis of the characteristics of Sema7A in patients with AMI and chronic diseases found that AMI patients with diabetes had higher levels of Sema7A than those without diabetes. The level of Sema7A in AMI patients with hypertension was higher than that in patients without hypertension The difference in Sema7A levels between the two groups was statistically significant,P<0.05The level of tumor necrosis factor-a(TNF-?)in peripheral blood of AMI group was higher than that of SCAD group[11.10(7.11?20.47)vs.8.52(5.68?15.93),P<0.05]The level of interleukin-1?(IL-1?)in the AMI group was higher than that in the SCAD group[11.09(7.17?19.25)vs.8.97(6.22?15.15),P<0.05].The level of interleukin-6(IL-6)in AMI group was higher than that in SCAD group[12.57(7.18?21.03)vs 10.27(6.66?15.44),P<0.05].Compare the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-10(IL-10),and interleukin-12p70(IL-12p70)between the two groups, the differences showed no statistical significance,P>0.05.Correlation analysis of peripheral serum Sema7A and inflammatory factors in AMI patients found that Sema7A was positively correlated with IL-1?(R=0.902,P<0.001),Sema7A was positively correlated with IL-6(R=0.929,P<0.001),Sema7A was positively correlated with TNF-?(R=0.904,P<0.001).Sema7A had no significant correlation with IL-8,IL-12p70 and IL-10,P>0.05.Conclusions:Peripheral serum Sema7A is independently associated with AMI.Peripheral serum Sema7A level has a certain hint to the severity of coronary artery disease in AMI patients, and it can assist the clinic to roughly predict the condition of patients with AMI Sema7A protein may be the upstream product of AMI-related inflammatory factors, providing a potential target for anti-inflammatory treatment of AMI.Sema7A is expected to become a potential target protein for the treatment of AMI.
