The Expression Levels And Significances Of PLGF And SFlt-1 In Serum And Urine Of Preeclampsia Pregnant Women

Objective To explore the relationship between the expression levels of placental growth factor and soluble fms-Like tyrosine kinase-1 in serum and urine of pregnant women and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia,and to provide practical values for prediction of preeclampsia in clinical.Methods Retrospectively analyzing the clinical data of 60 cases of normal pregnant women who were 28~34 gestational week in outpatient and 60 cases of preeclampsia pregnant women who were 28~34 gestational week in inpatient,that were treated in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People's Hospital from October 2017 to June 2019.The normal pregnant women were taken as observation group,and the preeclampsia pregnant women were taken as control group.According to the diagnostic criteria,the control group was divided into preeclampsia group(35 cases)and severe preeclampsia group(25 cases).The expression levels of PLGF and sFlt-1 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay in serum and urine of each group.Results(1)General data: There were no significant differences among the three groups in age,gestational week,times of pregnancy and delivery(P>0.05),which could be compared and analyzed.(2)The mean values of PLGF,sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF in serum in control group were [26.70(31.80)]pg/ml,[423.50(655.63)]pg/ml and [13.320(145.090)],and that in urine in control group were [30.00(15.98)]pg/ml,(235.85±33.95)pg/ml and [7.330(9.160)];compared with the observation group,the differences of PLGF,sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF in serum and urine were statistically significant(P<0.001).(3)The mean values of PLGF,sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF in serum in severe preeclampsia group were(5.85±2.83)pg/ml,(1065.88±150.42)pg/ml and [162.990(103.850)],and that in urine in severe preeclampsia group were(16.83±4.07)pg/ml,(263.74±27.49)pg/ml and(16.582±4.392);compared with the preeclampsia group,the differences of PLGF,sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF in serum and urine were statistically significant(P<0.001).(4)Compared the mean values of PLGF in serum and urine in control group,P=0.609>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The mean values of sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF in serum were higher than that in urine,the differences of sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF in serum and urine were statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion The expression levels of PLGF,sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF in serum and urine of normal pregnancy group,preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group were statistically significant.The expression levels of PLGF in preeclampsia pregnant women were lower than that in normal pregnant women,and the expression levels of sFlt-1 and sFlt-1/PLGF were higher than that in normal pregnant women,the differences were statistically significant,which further indicated that the imbalance of such indicators were related to the occurrence and development of preeclampsia,and will be used as indicators at early and medial pregnancy to predict the occurrence of preeclampsia in the future.
