| Florence Nightingale,founder of nursing,pointed out that the main function of nursing is to maintain patients' environment and own good condition,help them to stay away from the diseases,and make patients reach the highest possible level of health.On December 2,2016,the State Council issued "the 13 th Five-Year Plan for poverty alleviation",which listed "Poverty Alleviation through Health" as one of the eleven major actions.It is of great significance for China to win the battle of poverty alleviation and build a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way.Health poverty alleviation in the medical field,as the most important part,plays a key role in poverty alleviation.In 2018,the general office of the State Council pointed out the establishment of an online science popularization platform about the opinion of promoting the development of "Internet and medical health".Use the Internet to provide health science knowledge,popularize healthy lifestyle,and improve self-health management ability and health literacy.Based on the experience of many years of medical work to select this research topic,in order to better serve patients with major diseases and help them improve their quality of life and health care knowledge.In this study,questionnaire,interview,participatory observation and development research method were used for clinical research.254 cases of enterostomy patients in Gansu Provincial People's hospital were investigated in the early stage and followed up with health education.Demand analysis,content design and development,implementation and evaluation are based on Addie model.First of all,using the general information questionnaire,Symptom checklist-90(SCL-90),stoma quality of life(stoma QOL)and Stoma-Self-efficacy Scale(SSES)having sample surveys,and we interviewed 5 medical staff with different qualifications in anorectal department with the theme of "health education needs of patients with enterostomy",analyzing the needs of patients with enterostomy for health education,Putting forward the content suitable for patients with enterostomy,and providing health education guidance in the form that patients are easy to accept.The results showed that the health education knowledge needs of patients with enterostomy included diet,exercise,psychological guidance and specialized knowledge.Secondly,according to Adelson's knowledge and teachingobjectives 'two dimensional model,Carrying out Three-in-one design about knowledge content type,teaching objectives,multimodal media,to provide the basis for the technical realization of the follow-up knowledge content.Thirdly,according to the characteristics of patients to formulate health education path of different types of patients and consulting service strategy.Fourthly,design content interface and technical performance about WeChat Official Platform,and put into practice to observe the application effect.The official account of WeChat has been running for two months,the number of original articles,the number of new followers and the number of articles read reached the expected goal.The design and operation of "Column of anorectal and stoma in Gansu Provincial People's Hospital" provides new ideas and methods for health education of patients with enterostomy,it also provides reference for other departments to use "WeChat Official Platform" for health education. |
