Medical Data Sharing In Public Hospitals

With the accelerating process of medical informatization,the sharing of medical data has become a hot topic in the "Internet plus medical" environment.Information sharing has become a new direction of medical information development,and is also a necessary way for future development of medical and health institutions in China.Only by establishing a scientific and reasonable information sharing model of medical services,can it fit in with the development of informatization of medical institutions in China.Therefore,analyzing the data sharing of medical institutions in providing health services has extensive social value and promotion significance.The paper takes public hospitals in Zhejiang Province as an example to analyze the current situation of medical image resource sharing.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background,significance,research content,methods,and literature review on information sharing of medical resources.Secondly,it mainly introduces the concepts of medical image and medical service information sharing.In the third part,the advantages of medical data sharing are analyzed firstly,then the current situation of Medical Image Sharing Construction in Zhejiang Province is analyzed,and the results of its acquisition are analyzed.At the same time,the existing problems in medical image sharing are analyzed.After analyzing the existing problems,the advanced cases at home and abroad were analyzed,including the American Medical Service Information Sharing System and Shengyang Shengjing Medical Alliance Information System,and the experience for sharing medical data in Zhejiang Province was analyzed.Finally,on the basis of Chapter 3 and Chapter 4,combined with the existing problems of medical resources sharing in Zhejiang Province and the experience of advanced cases at home and abroad,feasible countermeasures are put forward to the problems of medical image resources sharing standards,information support ability,sharing and communication level,talent funds and privacy leakage.It is hoped that this study can provide some theoretical guidance and case reference for the construction of medical data sharing in domestic public hospitals,and make sharing for the development of China's medical undertakings.
