Stroke is a common disease in daily life.Because of the limited number of rehabilitation medical institutions,the uneven quality of rehabilitation doctors,and the high cost of rehabilitation,a large number of stroke patients have not been able to receive quality rehabilitation treatment in the later stage,in order to solve the problem of stroke caused by the shortage of rehabilitation medical resources.The lack of necessary rehabilitation guidance and training,as well as reducing the impact of human factors on the evaluation results of upper limb motor function rehabilitation after stroke,this thesis intends to study and construct a rehabilitation system to realize the rehabilitation training of motor function and the intelligent rehabilitation evaluation of stroke patients.As the core participant of the stroke rehabilitation system project,I participated in the overall project design,focusing on the research of the rehabilitation evaluation model of stroke patients based on BP neural network,and participated in the development and implementation of the rehabilitation training function of the system.Firstly,the general scheme of rehabilitation system for stroke patients is designed.The system uses B/S structure mode to realize the functions of online rehabilitation for stroke patients,guidance of rehabilitation doctors and intelligent evaluation of motor function.The structure,function and database of rehabilitation system for stroke patients were designed.At the same time,according to the design principles and processes of the database,the concept and logical design of the database are completed step by step.Secondly,the evaluation method of motor function rehabilitation,which is the key technology of the system,is emphatically studied.Brunnstrom staging evaluation method is selected as the evaluation standard to extract the motion data of stroke patients,and BP neural network algorithm is used to construct the rehabilitation evaluation model.In order to verify the reliability of this method,23 stroke patients with different recovery stages of motor function and 4 stroke patients with normal motor function were collected to do the same rehabilitation exercise.The experimental results show that compared with the results of Brunnstrom staging criteria used by rehabilitation physicians,the accuracy of the rehabilitation evaluation model can reach 73%,which indicates that the system can effectively evaluate the motor function of stroke patients to a certain extent.Finally,according to the design idea,this thesis uses Apache,PHP and MySQL technology to realize the functions of system membership management,rehabilitation training and so on.
