This paper was focused on the research of microwave ablation surgery for solid tumors,and a microwave ablation surgery treatment planning system is proposed to assist doctors in safe and effective surgery.The main research contents include threedimensional reconstruction of tumors and surrounding organs,automatic threedimensional thermal dose planning,and construction of a microwave treatment planning system platform.The main contents and research results of this paper are as follows:Firstly,an interactive segmentation method based on region growth algorithm was proposed to segment images to obtain different segmentation regions.On the basis of surface rendering,the idea of labeling for multi-organ 3D reconstruction was proposed,and the function of multi-organ reconstruction was realized at one time.Laplace algorithm was used to smooth the reconstruction results.Eventually,a good reconstruction effect was obtained.Secondly,a dose planning method for microwave ablation based on simulated annealing was proposed.According to the relative position distribution of target area and organs at risk,the number of ablation needles and the route of injection were determined.According to the annealing principle and the thermal field distribution model,the global optimal solution of microwave power and heating time was obtained by reverse calculation,achieving the effect of tumor conformal therapy.Eventually,the accuracy of the planning algorithm was verified by actual cases.Finally,based on the joint programming of QT,VTK and ITK,the preoperative planning system of microwave ablation based on CT images was designed,and the automatic three-dimension thermal dose optimization algorithm was successfully applied to the treatment planning system,and the framework design and realization of the visualization module and the surgery planning module were completed.The treatment planning system for microwave ablation developed in this paper can realize three-dimensional visualization reconstruction of tumors and tissues and organs,and provide accurate and reliable surgical planning for tumor treatment,reduce the requirements for doctors' clinical experience,and assist doctors to complete safe and effective microwave ablation surgery.
