Objective: Mainly explore the relevance of L-carnitine in the treatment of CKD anemia in hemodialysis patients,explore new adjuvant treatment methods based on traditional CKD anemia treatment,and better serve the clinic.Methods:The 2015.06.01-2017.12.31 Northern War Zone General Hospital and Heyuan Branch Blood Purification Section met the inclusion criteria of 64 cases,divided into 2times/week according to the frequency of hemodialysis(11 cases of L-carnitine in the experimental group,not 11 cases of L-carnitine control,3 times / week group(21 cases of L-carnitine in the experimental group,21 cases of L-carnitine control),1 month of observation,general information of each group,1 Hb,RBC,Hct,Ca,P and other related data before and after the month,using the spss22.0 software to sort the collected clinical data,and using statistical methods to analyze.Results: Patients who underwent hemodialysis 3 times/week regularly were observed.At1 month,the experimental group(n=21)with L-carnitine was used,and the Hb,RBC,and Hct were lower than those without L-carnitine(n= 21)Significantly elevated,with statistical difference(P < 0.05).Patients who were regularly treated with hemodialysis for 2 times/week showed that Hb and Hct in the experimental group treated with L-carnitine were significantly higher than those in the control group without L-carnitine at 1 month,with statistical difference(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the RBC of L-carnitine compared with the untreated L-carnitine group(P>0.05).Onclusion:From the analysis of the results of this clinical data,it is concluded that(1)L-carnitine can improve the anemia of CKD and improve the treatment of CKD anemia in the adjuvant treatment of anemia of CKD(4-5)hemodialysis patients with chronic kidney disease.There may be positive meanings.(2)Regular admission to hemodialysis2 times/week RBC in the application of L-carnitine group and no application of L-carnitine group,no significant difference,considering the possibility of insufficient dialysis,excessive accumulation of uremic toxins,red blood cells were affected Destroy related.
