Objective:This study is to investigate the basic situation of hemodialysispatients in the Second Hospital of Jilin University, analyses the degreeand etiology of anemia, explore the characteristics of these patients andfind out the factors related to improve anemia of hemodialysis patients.Scope and Method:Patients who were registrated in blood purification system registryKyrgyzstan sophomore hemodialysis until March31,2013in the Secondhospital of JiLin university. Inclusion criteria were as follows: age≥18years; time of hemodialysis≥6months through the survival; registeredblood test results; exclusion criteria: with tumors, gastrointestinalbleeding. Inspection: patients with general information: sex, age, time ofhemodialysis, primary disease diagnosis; drug treatment: the type andfrequency of erythropoietin and iron, route of administration, the weeklydose; laboratory tests including blood indicators: hemoglobin (Hb),serum albumin. Criteria: Hemodialysis treatment: weekly dialysis time, weekly frequency of dialysis, dialysis liquid varieties, sizes and dialyzermembrane material flux dialyzer typedialysis patients with EPOtreatment the Hb target:110g/L≤Hb <120g/L (including thestandards temporarily which stop treatment). A target of iron status: 200ng/ml≤SF <800ng/ml. Statistical Methods: SPSS17.0statistics. Themeasurement data were expressed as mean±standard deviation; data areexpressed as a percentage (%). Univariate analysis using between-groupdifferences between the chi square test count data; count datasignificantly test using the t test, measurement data sexual inspectionusing the chi-square test,P <0.05was considered statistically significant,P <0.01significant difference significantly. Results:In general, there is a total of292registered patients met theinclusion criteria in the system, average age is56.7±12.7years old,male,151cases (51.7%), female141cases (49.3%). Primary diseases:including86cases of primary glomerulonephritis,46cases ofhypertensive renal damage,88patients of diabetic nephropathy,11patients of polycystic kidney,15cases of tubulointerstitial disease,2cases of urinary tract infections and stones, and7patients of others, thediagnosis is unknown in15cases,6cases of acute renal failure,16casesof nephrotic syndrome. Hemoglobin: the average Hb level is98.8±19.5g/L, which110g/L≤Hb of82patients (28.1%), the average SFlevel is(255.25±180.84)μ ɡ/L,standard58cases (19.8%).In general:Did not meet the standards and indicators of iron metabolism in patientswith no significant difference, standard plasma albumin levels higherthan standard plasma albumin levels in patients with learning, the difference was statistically significant.Did not meet the standardcorrection of anemia in patients with erythropoietin and iron dosage, route of administration, frequency of administration were notstatistically different.Dialysis time in six months and10years, with theduration of dialysis growth, correction of anemia in patients with highercompliance rate, single-factor analysis of variance, standard ratedifferences in each group (P <0.005), between the two groups, with theexception of dialysis Age9-12months to five years with no differencebetween patients, other pairwise comparison of each group weresignificantly different (P <0.05).Correction of anemia in patients ofdifferent ages showed no significant difference standard, primary diseaseanemia of chronic glomerulonephritis correct standard is higher thandiabetic nephropathy, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1、292cases of anemia in hemodialysis patients corrective compliancerate, strenghten the iron therapy and enhance the nutritional status ofpatients.2、Hemodialysis for a long time to correct anemia in patients better thana short time hemodialysis patients with clinically pay attention to earlydetection of hemoglobin, adjust the medication. 3、Anemia in patients with early diabetic nephropathy, anemia correctedstandard rate, for the attention of anemia in patients with diabetes, earlyintervention and timely treatment.
