Background:The role of women's breasts is not only breast-feeding,but also a sign of female secondary sexual characteristics,an important evaluation of women's physical beauty, and also the attractiveness of women.Lack of breast development or acquired damage and other forms of unsightly and other reasons will bring certain problems to women,in serious cases will affect normal work and life, and even cause women's psychological disorders. With the development of modern medicine, plastic medicine appears in clinical medicine, that is,through effective ways to improve the female body defects, breast augmentation is formed.Through breast augmentation surgery to enhance the patient's self-confidence.With the continuous improvement of living standards, women's demand for beauty is also increasing, the number of patients with breast augmentation surgery increases year by year, there are a variety of clinical breast augmentation methods for surgeons and patients to choose. At present, the most commonly used breast augmentation method in clinic is autologous fat transplantation. This method is to inject the patient's autologous fat tissue into the site where the patient needs transplantation to help the patient achieve the effect of shaping.Autologous fat transplantation has now been used effectively in head and face plastic surgery, augmentation mammoplasty, hip augmentation surgery and other plastic surgery, with no immune rejection advantages. However, with the deepening of clinical application, the determination of autologous fat transplantation gradually emerged. The main reason to limit its application is the low survival rate after fat transplantation. Most of the fat will be absorbed after 3 months, resulting in the effect of breast augmentation is not obvious,in serious cases, fat liquefaction or may occur.Necrosis, even cystic fibrosis and pseudocysts caused by necrotic fat particles, reduce patients' satisfaction with breast augmentation surgery, and cause great harm to patients themselves. In order to study the correlation between high fat absorption rate and general data, such as albumin, hemoglobin, superoxide dismutase, and other autologous fat transplantation in breast plasty patients, and to analyze the causes of high fat absorption rate,we suggest that autologous fat transplantation enhance high fat absorption rate and breast plasty patients.Clinical risk factors. The correlation is analyzed. Objective:To investigate the clinical risk factors of high fat absorption after augmentation mammaplasty with autologous fat transplantation, and to analyze the correlation between high fat absorption and autologous fat transplantation. Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 198 cases of breast augmentation from September 2014 to June 2018 collected from the plastic surgery department of our hospital,Chongqing Tongquetai Plastic Hospital and Chongqing Huamei Plastic Hospital.Fat absorptivity was monitored after surgery.Logistic regression analysis and correlation analysis were used for multivariate analysis.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the general data of patients and the correlation between fat absorptivity and indexes such as albumin, hemoglobin, superoxide dismutase. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant when P < 0.05.The area under the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was used to predict fat absorption.Results:(1)Among 198 cases,118 cases had high fat absorption rate(> 60%)and 80 cases had low fat absorption rate(< 60%).(2)Univariate analysis showed that age, smoking history, menstrual history, marriage history, liposuction negative pressure, preset surgery, liposuction needle size, surgical satisfaction, postoperative complications, albumin, hemoglobin and superoxide dismutase were related to high fat absorption rate(P < 0.05).(3)Logistic regression analysis showed that hemoglobin,BMI and superoxide dismutase were risk factors for high fat absorption rate after operation.(4)The area under ROC curve of BMI is 0.457,95% CI is 0.303-0.611,hemoglobin is 0.184,95% CI is 0.073-0.296,superoxide dismutase is 0.829,95% CI is 0.703-0.9552.Conclusion:Autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation can achieve satisfactory clinical results, patients with high satisfaction, fat absorption rate can be controlled within a reasonable range, the amount of superoxide dismutase in the blood has a good diagnostic and predictive value.
